Don Sperry was of great help in Appliances. I have been here many times in the past and he has been helpful with our washing machine selection as well as our new oven. The service and attention in this store has greatly improved from my initially visit many years ago. I would recommend it to anyone that understands the value of a professional's opinion and buying locally.

I prefer checking out with a human. Questions, small talk, etc. make the store more personal. This is especially true when the self-checkout malfunctions, as it did for me. Give me a human any time.

Tom and Craig in the tool rental and repair area are a reason to visit this store. They are incredibly helpful and kind. Despite being incredibly busy trying to take care of people who are impatient, they remained calm and were very efficient. They certainly helped me a lot in saving me money and in fixing my lawn mower. They are a big reason why I will be recommending this store and the service/rental area to others.

De is a great cashier. She has good people skills.

In and out of the store within 30 minutes, got what we needed and got on our way.

Home Depots are mostly Home Depots but this one shines just a bit brighter, a bit bigger, a bit easier to get to, a bit more fun.

While shopping for a variety of items for the Home, Home Depot fulfilled my shopping list and the employees were helpful and friendly!!

After not getting any help or even seeing an associate at the other store I tried, I went down the street to Home Depot. I paid more for my new stove, but I came away happier. I'll remember the friendly, immediate help I got long after the money is forgotten and the flow of the store didn't push me out where I had to walk in the heat to my car. The greeter was the best! I needed her three times and she was so lovely and kind!! Felt like I had a new friend. The gentleman in appliances was available and very helpful but not at all pushy. I had a weird list but found everything and didn't have to make another stop in the Phoenix heat. Got a stove (only $15 to deliver, install, cart away the old), Amdro (available right at the door, it was hidden in the back at that other place), garbage bags from the cleaning section, and, lo and behold, even found some bandaids at a miscellaneous counter just off the check out stands. I paid a bit more for the stove but I'll remember the experience long after the money is forgotten. AND, because I feel like you value people over just taking my money, I feel like you will stand behind the product in the future, which could be worth much more than the price difference.

The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable of their craft. They were also very friendly and respectable which made my wife and I shopping experience great. I would recommend the Home Depot to anyone. Finding the product we were looking for was easy.

I've done all of my shopping for projects in both Arizona and Colorado at Home Depots in both states and have always found what I needed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and make these visits fast, efficient and easy. Thank you

It was a little bit of research and work to find the correct blinds, and once all was completed, I was very happy with the service I received. I am awaiting the finished custom product with installation, and I know I will be very pleased. Do your homework, as the pricing options vary and also find out when products go on sale. The sale price is the best bang for your buck.

All store associates were friendly and competent. The product selection in the storage/shelving section was better than I had expected. The previous evening a department head quickly found out which Home Depot store had a ceiling fan that was out of stock in this particular store.

The store itself I haven't an issue with. I should not have received an email to pick up a damaged item

I was at another Home Depot to purchase many items, among them patio cushions. Unfortunately, they did not have as many as I needed in stock. The associate from that store phoned Miranda at the Temple store and he specifically requested that she obtain a visual verification that the items I wanted were physically in stock. When I got to the store, there they were! She delivered on her promise. I was not disappointed. I was also impressed by the class that was being given to children on making little toy trucks. The kids seemed to be having a grand time. I was a little jealous. ;) It looks like Home Depot is a great place to be a kid on Saturdays, too.

Easy to find items yourself but at times no one asks you if you need any help...even during power hours...yes I know what that is !

I received first class service by Alan in Hardware who not only repeatedly cut me lenghts of chain but directed me to the correct isle to get the other items that I needed. I highly recommend this store.
