I shopped this particular Home Depot very early in the morning on this particular day and was nicely surprised how alert/friendly/helpful everyone was at that time of day. I've never had a disappointed visit at the Tempe location.

Patti Imperia, a Home Depot design consultant was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful during our visit to Home Depot. We purchased new countertops, sink and stove cooktop.

Although, like many stores, there is not enough staff however, when I needed help, the only person that takes care of the landscaping plants stopped to answer my questions, and was very friendly and helpful. CHERELLE was our cashier she was extremely helpful, and also knowledgeable

I visit frequently and usually are asked if I need help, when I get help the associate usually leads me to where I need to go. I like the place

I purchased a water heater from the online side of Home Depot. Apparently, their online service and local service are fairly separated. I, like many, have a compact car and cannot pick up large ticket items without renting a vehicle> The water heater order came dented and Rheem's automated system dropped my call. I called my local Home Depot (this store) and was instructed to contact UPS, and UPS would contact Home Depot's dotcom side to schedule an exchange. Or, I could bring the unit in to exchange it at the store. This defeats the entire purpose of the online service. Dealing with a third party to resolve damaged or defective goods places all of the inconvenience on the customer. Well Cindy, the store manager, spoke with me and was able to resolve this with her team. She gave up time and money and pulled two of her staff just for me! Super weird. I didn't expect her to do this, but I'm extremely grateful to everyone involved at that store. I typically split my business between their competitors and this location because of convenience. I will actively inconvenience myself to shop at this location from now on. If I can fit it in my compact car or pay for delivery at store 0489, then that's what I will do. Have I mentioned how clean and organized the store is? I was at their competitor down the road yesterday, and they made it impossible to find a 3/4" pvc fitting. 0489 has always been easy to navigate and work with. Thank you so much. You saved my weekend! Do not shop the dotcom side of Home Depot if you are expecting any semblance of convenience. The age of online shopping convenience is definitely coming to an end. Cindy, and her team, have been a pleasure to work with.

i shop at Home Depot on Baseline in Tempe near Priest rd. the manager on down have always been helpful. i have purchased flooring, storage sheds, paint, BBQ supplies, my BBQ 4 burner gas grill and all the everyday items. the checkout folks are the best

I buy all my supplies here and I will keep coming for more

We all have experienced poor customer service at stores at some time. My experience at this location was unbelievably positive. I was very lucky to receive assistance from the operations manager who took time to review, understand and resolve my issue. One of these times when you brace yourself expecting a lot of trouble, but got lucky to have a person with knowledge, expertise and a lot of patience and kindness to resolve it all. Please come to this location to experience this level of customer satisfaction!!!

Had a great interaction today with Cindy while checking out today. Bought a rigid wet dry vac that rang up for the wrong price and she was super helpful! Would totally recommend. Maybe it's just me but it seems like customer service disappeared during the pandemic, so I'm super glad to see that home Depot is focused on customer service!
