This store is better than many that I've visited. The staff is generally courteous and helpful, and the store is usually pretty clean for he most part. Selection is smaller than some other locations, but I prefer that over a store that's so busy that the staff can't make time to help their customers. Customer service is where it's at these days. If I didn't need help, I'd of bought what I wanted online.

This Home Depot's Customer Service is outstanding! The staff members are knowledgeable and extremely courteous. They make you feel significant, like your needs matter them. They helped me find the correct solutions for my project(s), and did not seem to mind being of assistance, answering all type of questions, and making recommendations, based on my specific projects' needs. I love this Home Depot!

I arrived early as I dropped my husband off at a physical therapy appointment and was in a hurry. I asked an employee if he could direct me to the staple guns (Jim) said he didn’t know their location but would find out and he did very quickly and walked me right to them. I gathered a few other items and saw Jim again, he asked if I found the staple gun I needed which I had and if I was ready to check out. It turns out Jim is a cashier but that did not deter him from offering me assistance in the direction of the staple guns. Sometimes home improvement stores can prove daunting for a woman my age and I appreciate the quick assistance Jim offered instead of the dreaded “that’s not my area”. The staples for the gun were also easy to find. The store was Clean and well organized. I was able to find my items quickly, browse the holiday isles and return to pick up my husband on time.

I always get great help and advice when searching for what i need. I got the best help and advice for light bulb and fixtures, for outlet box electrical. Tony A. In electrical was very helpful and made my experience smooth and easy from start to finish, he was very professional and wise knowing his background in construction he was able to guide me with honest feedback on how to fix things and install wiring with professional help when using electrical. I will be back for other things i need to fix. :)

We went in for blinds for our new house. Patti was very helpful, professional and patient. She offered expertise in what I needed. I would ask her for future home improvements.

Great store and easily accessible from Baseline. The employees are always willing to help even if you don't always want to bother. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and returns are so simple.

If you need to return anything for a credit, be prepared to be treated very rudely, and questioned like you're trying to scam Home Depot.

I was charged twice for a product that I only bought one of. Of course I didn't realize this until I got home and looked at my emailed receipt. What an annoying mistake on the cashier's part. I am hopeful my money can be refunded to my credit card without having to go back to the store.

It would be most helpful if the Home Depot would maintain an extensive library of home improvement/ construction manuals within it's stores.
