Home Depot makes shopping fast & pleasant!

Great store.

store is clean and good

I shop store #0477 and I love shopping this store.Employees are very helpful and courteous. My most liked departments are Hardware& Gardening,I get great ideas on decor inside and outside of the home .I get to browse a lot ! I sometime feel bad because associates are asking do I need help finding something and I politely say I'm good just browsing. I had a return item My Cashier in customer service Returns name Michele was the best and the only person I reviewed. Michele Was very efficient and knowledgeable in her job,she corrected the price adjustment with courtesy and a smile ...The two things that made her get this review and my Thanks. Associates l encountered that day were great!!!!

Recent visits there have been great with employees there to really take the time and care to help find what was needed. I like the advice given as well on what type of product would work best which makes it less likely for returns.

This store has employees that are knowledgeable of the products that they are assigned to. They seen to always have what I need in stock. Cashiers are always friendly.

Georgia, the front cashier is so nice always to say hi by my first name... I so appreciate her. and Kenyan in loading does a great job... I very much appreciate home depot... i only shop there... not the other places... I have been a big fan for over 15 years. 5-STAR to Home Depots everywhere! Cheers, Billie Grace :o)

The store at Thomas road I find to be more helpful that he store in mesa down the road from me. The customer service is above and beyond. Parking is a problem sometimes with Wall Mart next door but every one is courteous. so no issues. Good Store

I would recommend this store for shopping for home repair and supplies because it is close by and convenient and has a great deal of products and services that can be used for a multiple situations when it comes to remodeling, building, constructing and or just repairing simple things like a "toilet bowl handle" for flushing the toilet. Although, I feel as though there are not "enough employees" to help assist a customer and at times a customer may have to wait a few minutes to get some assistance from an employee; their employees are always helpful, kind, courteous and respectful towards the customers.

Have a question or concern about a product? Want to order something online and need assistance? Do friendly, helpful and caring employees make you want to come back? Then this is your store! Be sure to stop by the Customer Service counter and ask for Patricia and if gardening is your next stop...ask for Jose! Both of these associates made my last visit to my neighborhood HD praise worthy!

FIRST TIME I MADE A BIG PURCHASE IN THIS COMPANY AND I WAS VERY WELL TREATED BY TWO EMPLOYEES WHO HELPED ME TO FIND THE PRODUCTS THAT I NEEDED.

This is by far the best Home Depot around. Always lots of help on the floor, with helpful and courteous people to answer any questions.

I have been coming to this location for years. The crew is knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and always takes the extra steps I need for information or advice for completing my projects.

Israel, the Electrical Supervisor, and Ronald, a new employee, were awesome and helped me choose replacement lighting fixtures for my older home's bathrooms and closets. New technology and will save money over time. Their guidance gave me confidence in my purchases. Thanks so much!

My shopping experience at Home Depot was Great! I would encourage anyone shopping at Walmart or Target to Go to Home Depot and compare for products they sell. Great Value and easy to locate. I was impressed with the Staff and assistance I received. I was pleasantly surprised and feel If you shop there you will be as well. You don't have to be a repair person. I know nothing and learned form the staff. Great job Home depot on Thomas in Phoenix!!

Trying to finish a small drywall project. No stock for standard corner bead . ENTIRE stock of 10' damaged, buckled and unusable. Please stay on top your stock better.

I only am writing this review because of Employee Jonathan David Mckinney who was already off work and saw me loading my truck. He came over and helped me load.

Cashiers and staff were friendly and helpful however, the store needs to allow electronic coupons. It's 2017 and to have to print out a coupon to be redeemed is absurd.

I recieved unexpected help from a store employee while loading stones into my car. The gentleman was coralling carts and seen me struggle. He offered his assistance which I appreciate. The store is well organized and it's easy to find what you are looking for.

Great store, lots of help on the floor when you need it.

We shop here a LOT. Staff is friendly and helpful. Generally super fast checkout, unless we are there on the weekend, but even then, the lines move well. I have absolutely NO complaints- love, love, LOVE Home Depot!!!

I have shopped at this store since it opened and seen a lot...some good and some not so good. Generally, the quality of the staff who are in the various departments has been outstanding in helping this DIY....and even a few of the "old timers" are still here. Often I will look at a product and wonder how it was priced against their neighbor WalMart and most of the time Home Depot has been competitive. Where I have been critical in the past has been the policy to close off isles in order to restock or take inventory down from the higher shelves. That should be done off the open hours and maybe that is the case but it just seems like it happens when I need something in a particular isle. :-) The other area that has bothered me in the past was the lack of cashiers when checking out. However something has changed!!! I have seen a very favorable improvement in maybe the last six months at this store...It has been so noticeable that this was the primary reason for me taking time to complete the store survey and then follow up with this review...Whoever is responsible..I tip my cap and say "Thank You" for improving the time it takes to checkout and hiring employees who understand the importance of the customer and insuring that they have a positive experience while shopping at Home Depot......
