There was no experience to review, as this was all solely to do with Home Depot's employee, Paris. This individual did not speak to either myself or the customer who was in front of me in line waiting to check out in your garden center.I hope he’s okay, as this came off as him being rude to me and left me with an unpleasant experience of Home Depot. Thank you

Worst customer service I have ever received at this store I don’t know if HD reads these reviews but the CSR need to be more professional respectful and less prejudice more training is what I suggest

Poor service over crowded parking, avoid Thomas and 36th location if you can.

Found what I needed and was in and out of the self checkout

Chris spotted me wandering the cleaning aisles right away and helped me find just what I needed. Then he got a cart for me. After a brief chat where I mentioned some recent sadness, he gave me a hug. Much needed!

Your employee Amy is simply the best. Made my partner feel at home as she explained the different bits size.

If you go to this store to buy individual washers, nuts, or bolts, go find an employee to make sure what you're pulling from their bins is what is actually supposed to be in that particular bin. Otherwise you will go to the cashier and be charged a completely different price even though you show them a picture of the bin and sku # that you pulled the parts from. They don't care.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, easy return policy and Great products to shop for.

I ordered a ridgid product on-line i recieved an email say my merchandise was in, but when they couldn't find it ,and they tried hard to locate my merchandise, so Mr. Michael, am employee went out of his way to find my merchandise , he made things right for me ,so thank you and the staff as well for good team work .

I have just gone through two bathroom remodels. Someone was involved that caused me to have to upgrade and exchange almost everything. This went on for two months with two different contractors doing the work. No matter how crazy ,, it got trying to do this, Jeremy, the manager, and Mercedes and Brianna in the return dept, kept a smile about the whole thing. A person couldn't have been treated better than I have been in this store!

I work in the downtown Phoenix/Arcadia area, and when I need a tool or supplies, this is the home depot I go to. I was doing a carpet repair on a stairwell and needed a pneumatic crown stapler. I found several selections but opted for the DeWalt product. The crown stapler worked great and has already paid for itself. For such a busy Home depot, this store does a great job of keeping items in stock and tracking what's not in stock.

I come in about every day for the last month and Jim, Tony, and Joel in the pro section go above and beyond to be helpful with the various projects that I am completing.

the one problem is parking. . . people with trucks park in car parking then extend out 2 feet into the roadway making it difficult to avoid getting hit.

My wife and I were in the market for an item and we looked everywhere it seems, but everywhere we looked we just can't find what we looked for at a reasonable price. After looking for it for a long time and not finding it. We tried to look at homedepo. We found our new AC at this store and some employees helped us with our questions and showed us the differences of each one. Love this place ❤️

If you are wondering where all the good Customer Service people are since the Pandemic, hop on over to the Plumbing Dept at Home Depot on 36th st and Thomas. I don't do a lot of plumbing repairs at the house but this week I did one that required knowledge I did not have! Stopped in twice this week for this plumbing issue and spoke with a total of 3 Customer Service folks. Each one was knowledgeable and immediately knew what I needed. On my second visit, Johnny and a woman in training put the solution together in 5 minutes which would have taken me a half hour to sort out. The nite before, the assistant a guy that could have been your teacher in high school, would have been the same if I had all the numbers needed. Color me impressed!

I went to this store needing to purchase a new kitchen sink and accessories ASAP. I had to basically chase down an employee, who actually appeared to be some sort of manager. He was rude, (staring at his phone while I tried to speak to him) seemed irritated that I "bothered" him to help me, did not engage as he looked for the product. Seemed annoyed that he had to take said product off the shelf and put into my cart. Walked away without asking me if I needed anything else. I won't be back.

JUST BOUGHT A RYOBI BLOWER THAT DOESNT WORK IM TAKING BACK TOMORROW MORNING. I DID NOTICE IT WAS TAPED UP WITH PACKING TAPE ON THE BOX IT CAME IN. THIS IS NOT FACTORY SEALED AND MUST HAVE BEEN A PREVIOUS RETURN! PLEASE CHECK YOUR RETURNS MORE THOROUGHLY BEFORE RESTOCKING ON THE SHELF. THANKS
