We love coming to this store where everyone is friendly and helpful. We've been there so much that we are staring to know the employees. LOL The gardening center is my favorite place to shop at this store while my husband is trying to figure out his next home improvement project in the other departments. If we need help there is always someone there to assist with a friendly smile.

I've been a customer since 1991 I find the managers & cashiers the most helpful. Especially EFFIE! and the night return and self check out cashier, I love them!! Sorry, I cant think of your names now, but we know each other. The paint dept is outstanding! The floor staff is hit & miss,too. Its 50/50 ignored or extremely helpful. PPL are PPL. I like the retirees, but this store loses the good ones because they make them work every weekend. I miss Rudy in the garden,very knowledgeable,a PH.D and published author! These ppl are gold and you treat them like lead. This store is hit & miss on stock and often returned damaged items are on the shelves missing parts. The counter tops, wood etc are marred and bowed. Must inspect every item CLOSELY. I often will drive down the grade to the Camarillo store after, it doesn't have this problem. Also, the products are easier to see and more accessible, so I can actually see them without staining my neck. Its worth the gas driving back up the grade!

we have been shopping at the T.O. Home Depot for over 16 years now and always find what we need. When we need help from an associate, there is always someone who has the answers that we need. Friendly, well stocked and helpful. We keep coming back again and again

Very conveniently located, near to the freeway. Always has all that I needed, the associates are very helpful. I will update this if possible with the names of a few associates next time - they are extermeley knowledgable and provide ample guidance in the buying experience and made me feel that I am buying the right things. Overall, great store!!

At checkout in the Garden Dept., Julie, cashier, told me about entering my opinion and also about the Garden Club and helped me with my purchase using my gift cards.

I ordered online for pickup at store. The associates were helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. "Mick" just whisked my purchase up and carried it to my car. A pleasant experience in our too busy world.

Whenever something breaks at home, HD has what I need to fix it.

This store has some of the most helpful people in it. And there new signs at the end of all the aisle are very EZ to see, and will leed you to the right place for what you are looking for.

Even though the return clerk was less than friendly and rather impersonal , the overall experience at Home depot is better than expected.

It was 9：40pm tonight, because I have some small staff so I want to #12 cashier(THE SEVICE LIGHT IS STILL ON) to do check out, the lady sitting on the counter saw me coming over , not stand up, not say anything , when I ask if she is still doing checking, she even did not answer me, it seems that I disturbed her rest. Then I have to change to the self check machine to do self checking, very bad experience!

It was rather late in the afternoon and I came to buy ten bags of Scott's nuggets. I was pondering how to get them in my truck since I couldn't lift them myself. I asked an associate, Sam Dominguez, if we could load them on a pallet. He said let's just load them on this cart. By the time I paid for them, he was waiting with the cart all loaded with ten bags. He brought them out to my truck and loaded them in the back, all by hand. He was cheerful about the whole deal and made me feel that this was not an imposition at all. Please let Sam know I appreciated his help very much. More saving, more doing, more happying at the Home Depot, thanks to Sam !!!

the store was clean( i saw someone wiping the floor) every thing was well priced and easy to find debra (an employee) was very helpful and kind

We were able to complete our washer and dryer purchase in one location with the best price among the competitors.

I was not able to find an associate who could help me in either the garden or light fixture section. Home Depot really cut back and it makes me want to go somewhere else.

First associate was unhelpful and after asking him several times to answer questions we found a young guy who was terrific. He and a young woman took us to where we needed to be, stayed with us until we found everything we needed and answered all of our questions.

The associates were wondering asking customers if they need help. This is the best of any HD we have ever shopped in.

We got very good deal on our new gas clothes dryer.

We never worry about them having the items, this store always has everything; we just struggle with finding them. When I can find help the visit is great, when I can't it makes it a frustrating trip. Today we had several large items to purchase and struggled finding the last one, lugging the cart up and down the isles we found one man who had no idea were what we needed was but while we wandered aimlessly another over heard our frustration and came over to help guide us to the elusive product which really saved the trip!

Gary Driskell made it easy to order the necessary items and arranged to have an installer come to my home to install flooring. He id the main reason I keep coming back to Home Depot for my flooring needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills.

Super experience in the parking lot. There was a booth with great information on providing support for butterfly species within our area. Real nice guy, David, was giving out info and not asking for anything in return. How strange, how nice. So different from other events. Yeah, so then I ended up buying plants for the critters later that day and again the next but only because I wanted to.... .....

Very helpful assistant at Customer Service, the Pro Desk was closed so they were helping out, without fuss or complaint with a great attitude.

Product listed in stock online was out of stock-therefore order was not ready for pickup

Nice touch to demonstrate the Barbecues by hosting one. Had lunch and did my shopping!
