Be sure to look to see if you have a warranty, Home Depot employees will not waste their time looking it up for you and they will tell you that when you speak with them. They would rather you spend more money on a new purchase rather than honor the warranty you have already spent money on.

Like dealing with family

lousy service, drove 10 miles each way total of 20 miles to follow the associate like a poppy" She was standing around Doing Nothing", after confirming with her why I was there.She Send me to a cashier eight people ahead of me. After my turn came up got to cashier I was informed to go back to her, since she is the only one ordering on line at that time. Asked her why you send me to wrong line, she claimed misunderstanding.How come the cashier did not misunderstand, I showed her the same things.

pro desk people are all very friendly and helpful, thank you Kathy, Irene ,Ashley, tony and gene just need to get loaders to do a better job.....other than that I love thousand oaks home depot

It is a good store, little hard to find products as interior layout of isles are confusing and not easy to find without help for non-professionals and contractors. But overall, with the help of assistance, it is a good store.

Bev and Mike were very helpful. I was shopping for a complete line of kitchen appliances. They were patient, knowledgeable, credible and friendly. They gave me guidance without being "pushy". I really appreciated their help!

Home Depot has prided itself on maintaining a level of quality in both its personnel and products. It matters not if one has a small or large prject they must contend with, there is always someone who can give them guidance in the area that they need. Being in Home Depot is one of pleasure since the employees treat each person with respect and helpfulness. I'd recommend this hardware store to anyone because it is a symbol of quality, educational training and excellent employees who "go the extra mile" to help their customers!

Marc K. in plumbing department #26 was exceptional. He helped me pick out the right piping for my project and explained to me the different types of materials and such. He was kind and informative. I would recommend anyone who is coming here for a plumbing project to find Marc and get his advice!

Our experiences was hindered due to a couple of employees not helping with our issue. however, on our way out we met Mariana which was a great cashier and made our experience even that much more better. Please give her our best regards and hope to see her again thank you

Everyone in this store has great knowlege of their products and the instalation of those products I know that many of them have worked there for many years and are on a first name basis with their customers they treat everyone like family The store manager is always available if you need him and he has helped me several times when I was in a jam and helped get things delivered when i needed them itsi a great place to shop
