Always receive excellent service. Well organized store.

One associate went and found a tape measure for me to use when I asked if he had one. Later had a different associate cut a PVC pipe down to a size that would fit in my vehicle. Both were friendly and quick to give me assistance. Didn't even have to look long to find an associate.

Excellent customer service! Anyone is willing to help me with whatever it is I need! Love shopping here!

Of course the store was clean. And their was a young girl associate that understood completely what I was looking for. She gave me a print out from the computer to order it on line, since it wasn't sold in the store.

All the employees are very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help find products whether in-store or on-line.

3 Rivers Home Depot is a great store. Employees are very helpful.

I came in looking for a replacement storm door for my home. A store employee directed me to the correct area and Tom Harrell, the millwork specialist, was there to immediately assist me. He answered all my questions and he listened to me! He then showed me a selection that matched my needs. He even asked me some questions to be sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Tom was very helpful and the follow-up to schedule someone to come to my home to measure for the door, so that there will be no problems was scheduled promptly.

Very clean and orderly. Associates are very helpful and take the time to provide information that will help on the project I have going when I visit. Friendliness is much better than the Menards that is located in Three Rivers.

My experience with Amie at the return desk was excellent. I did not have my receipt and to make matters worse the small item I was returning (wrong size) had since been discontinued. That didn't stop Amie! She persistently researched the computer, finally found the item's history and issued me store credit. I was very happy with her friendly attitude and exceptional customer service.

and associate greeted us at the door and asked if we needed any help or if they could help us. every one was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. sales person was very helpful when we ordered a special door size and installation. also advised they would be having a special sales within the next three days and this has made us a guaranteed come back customer

The electrical and paint departments are very helpful and great to work with

Looking for a new exterior door for my home, sales rep had all the information I needed to find the right one, arranged to have measurements taken at my house, and walked me thru the process to purchase what I needed, helpful and friendly all the way from start to finish

The store is organized neatly and very clean floors and all areas we visited. Customer service is spot on, all associates ask if they can help you all through out the store in each department as you shop. Very friendly atmosphere.

Got turned around at first because the layout is different then any store I have been in but I liked the different layout

Though the store didn't have the item that I needed. The associate called the manufacturer and found out where in the area the product was available. Then got me the phone number and address for that store. It really helped me out a lot since i was getting something for an item at work that we really needed.

This store is clean, organized and always offers super specials throughout. The sales associates all seem to know what the specials are and provide you with helpful suggestions of super sales. They are knowledgeable and will help you find whatever you are looking for. This is a small store with big values. Small town, friendly, helpful, etc. There when you need them.

The two times that we patronized the Three Rivers store, we were lucky to have met June. She goes above and beyond any expectations one might have when dealing with a cashier, or with any other employee in a corporate owned business. Because of her I've recommended your store to others.

After multiple visits we can safely say we will only be shopping at The Home Depot. The staff is beyond helpful and we are glad to see a military discount is offered.

Clean and organized. Friendly service. Lumberyard is different, be nice if you wouldn't let customers park on the corner and leave vehicle in the way.
