Very clean and well lit with associates that are extremely help and knowledgeable with help full suggestion to my problems with moving into a new location.

Everyone who helped me was was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Looked over everything I bought to make sure it wasn't damaged. No problems with getting a couple pieces transferred from another store. Super great!!!!!!!

I didn't buy enough tiles for my project and needed to return to the store for more. I had a coupon for 18 months interest free on a single purchase of $499 or more. The associate was kind enough to back out my previous sales receipt and reenter those items with the additional purchase so I could take advantage of the offer. Thank you!

I ORDERED NEW COSTRUCTION WINDOWS. THIS WAS VERY EASY DUE TO THE HELPFUL AND EFFECIENT ASSOCIATE IN THE WINDOW DEPARTMENT. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY. I HAD TROUBLE USING MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT AT CHECKOUT AND THE CASHIER, GENTLEMAN FROM THE WINDOW DEPARTMENT, GM, AND SERVICE DESK CASHIER WORKED VERY HARD TO HELP ME THROUGH THE TRANSACTION. I'M VERY EXCITED ABOUT MY NEW WINDOWS AND VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THE HOME DEPOT IN THREE RIVERS, MICHIGAN. I HAVE MANY MORE PROJECTS COMING UP OVER NEXT FEW YEARS AND I WILL BE USING HOME DEPOT FOR ALL MY PROJECT MATERIALS.

The store was very clean and organized, i was greeted and asked if i needed assistance within a couple minutes, friendly atmosphere,associates were busy and helping customers. Very nice place to find all that was needed and workers seemed happy,helpful and busy doing their jobs!I like the easy lay out of the store,things are very much at hand!

Needed to get 2 samples of satin paint, and I lucked out and got 2 of the friendliest sales associates I've met both standing there shaking the jars by hand and joking about it! Made my day! Thank you

Cleanest Home Depot I've ever visited. MOST helpful as well. Associate Gary was VERY helpful and got us scanned into self checkout when the self checkout was backed up. We able to get on the road a lot faster.

When I arrived at the store the parking lot had Veteran parking spots for upfront parking. Good first impression and the rest of the visit was just as pleasant.

I received exceptional assistance from sales associates! Irajean Rauguth and Ken Barnes went out of their way to ensure I had exactly what I needed in Closetmaid shelving, cut to order, and helping me find everything I needed for my project. They made a chore into a pleasant experience!

The Home Depot is where we go because we know we will be able to find what we are looking for easily and quickly. If not, the associates are always around and checking to see if you need assistance.

Everyone is always available to assist. Great store and I hate hardware stores. This is saying a lot Will rather spent my time looking at shoes but lately I rather be at Home Depot.

Linda L.M. was phenomenal in her diligence to find me the unit I was looking for. She took the time to check the store instead of just going by what the computer stated was in stock. I asked her to visually confirm the item because I was driving over 70 miles to pick it up and the other Home Depot that listed 7online/in stock had none available. Great asset to the company and above and beyond with service! Great smile and friendly!

Always plenty of help available at the store. Everyone is so friendly and nice. May not be as big as other Home Depot Stores but we always find what we need.

I have needed to go to Home Depot a number of times during my remodeling project. Every time has been a pleasant experience. The associates are very helpful and friendly. While needing to wait for someone to assist me to order cupboards, another associate made the call for the needed associate and then chatted with me while waiting. The time went fast, but she again called just to be sure I hadn't been forgotten (she was tied up with another customer at customer service). The associate that had helped me decide on the cupboards had the order all prepared knowing she would have that day off when I came back to order them. In another visit an associate walked with me to each department to help me with my needs. If all stores had associates this helpful, I am sure their businesses would do well.

Spring...time to plant the garden...get flowers to add to the landscaping. Perfect place to go Home Depot in Three Rivers. Sarah who works in the Garden Center was absolutely amazing. I was in shock at the price of a flat of Marigolds...told her the price at Meijers...she matched it. I've bought my plants at HD for a number of years...always top quality. Sarah was so knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure that cashier, Kori was aware of pricing. She was so pleasant. Kori also was so helpful and kind. Ralph???... not sure of name...searched for a mosquito plant...and was also helpful. Young lady...didn't get name...helped me load my Jeep...she must have a packaging degree...superb organizer! I will be telling all my friends about my HAPPY, WONDERFUL experience at our local community business. Thanks for hiring such a great staff!

Recently purchased new clothes washing machine and arranged for delivery and installation. Delivery company declined to do the work since my "stackable" washer/dryer was stacked. Called Three Rivers Home Depot Store Manager Lisa, who quickly investigated, then sent two associates to handle the delivery and installation on the same day. She was extremely professional, caring and efficient; she turned me from an angry, complaining customer to a complete believer ... she and her staff went way above and beyond what I expected ... I couldn't be more pleased. Great job -- thanks!
