I think his name was Joel, I could be wrong. He answered several questions about my purchase. He was very helpful and I left the store feeling very comfortable. Another associate delivered my decking the next day, he placed it just where I needed it. He was great too.

Staff is so so. Some are helpful but many are just trying to get the hours done. Good luck trying to flag anyone down and you will notice most the time they look away or down as they pass you.

these people are some of most pitiful that suppose to be so called pros at what? nobody knows anything except i am on break find somebody else

The whole Pro Team is GREAT!!

The Home Depot store on Tilly Mill is my go to store. They always have what I need. It’s a very well stocked store. The employees are always helpful & knowledgeable about the products Home Depot sells.

I bought a sink faucet 1-1/2 yrs ago. Had installed by a licensed plumber, the hot water flow was wrong. I listened to my hubby that it was water pressure. Had another plumber come in to determine it was the stem & I had to buy another. Guess what...this store did not carry any longer. Research, ordered on Line. Amazingly quick. Picked up. The attendant at this store in customer service was professional, kind. & happy. Told me if I had any problems or concerns, they were there to help! What a wonderful ending to solve a problem. Thanks Tilly Mill Home Depot!!!

Every time I shop in the store, I have to ask the associate to unlock the wheels so I can take my merchandise to the car. They claim the cart is unlocked. Every time I get out the door 10 ft, the wheels lock up. I have to bang on the door and they have to try and unlock again. Such a hassle. Maybe I should just shop at that other big box home improvement store.

Enrique and Andy Garcia are the best in the tool rental area. They are great advisors and consultants to DIY people like myself.

I went to pick up a curbside product , while I was waiting, I went to the garden center to pick up a bag of soil with loose change I had in my vehicle. In the process of checking out the bag of soil, I tried to use a handful of change with the cashier. Angelia looked at me as if I was crazy. In the process of checking out, I verified with the attendant twice that she made sure she used change so I only had to pay the remainder of the balance off with my credit card. The attendant did not follow instructions and I ended up having to use my credit card for the entire purchase, which I was trying to avoid, I wanted to get rid of my loose change. I went to go stand in line at Customer Service and realized it was a waste of time. Really annoying experience.

Great service and leadership. I will shine a light on the pro desk. Patricia manages her team with great enthusiasm and professionalism. She wears a lot of hats and she leads with ease. Kate is another pro desk rep that’s always helpful and professional. Great team

I like how HD at Tilly Mill has set up a checkout section, funneling all transactions into on area, presumably to thwart theft. Not a fan of self check out however. It seems like I’m doing employees jobs but having said that, it does seem to make the checkout process faster and with as many as 4-6 associates helping with that process, it does seem more efficient. I am also noticing a bit more logic in inventory placement…ie, when I bought my critter trap. I was looking in the garden center when they were in fact in the rodent extermination section, which as I think back…makes total sense. I also wish that when products have shelf homes that they remain there. As a man, I don’t like change and I’m a creature of habit. Other than having to adjust to a different stores mirrored or reversed layout, inventory should be in the same place all the time. Not a fan of the midnight madness of “Let’s fool the old people and move products to a different part of the store and see if they can find them.” HD offering the same app employees use to locate products would go a long way to that end. But only if the site is kept up to date on a DAILY basis.

Meg helped me evaluate the lawnmower that best suit my needs. Professional & kind, pulled the products , & brought them to Customer Service. That folks is SERVICE!

I went to Home Depot to buy some products in mind, everything Everything went smoothly and all the workers offered to assist and guide me. I found what I needed pretty fast and got to checkout where the Sales Cashier Afruja was very kind and helping and overall just a great employee.

I wanted to buy Pinestraw but this store was severely understaffed. It took a very long time to get an associate to assist me with pine straw. I eventually got assisted by this one employee named Ty. He was the absolute best in talking with me and helping me with my items! Very much appreciate him!

She was nice and very helpful getting me through the line.

Paint department employee was helping me find an item. During this interaction he noticed that another customer was waiting at the paint bar. The associate stated that he need to help that customer and simply just walked away. As I watched him walk away all I could think to myself was " AM I NOT A CUSTOMER TOO??" Had to go search for another associate to help me.

Jay was working in customer service. I had a stash of returns and no receipts. Despite multiple cards used and transactions for the purchases, he made every effort to ensure I could return the items via store credit/gift card. So impressed with his attention to detail and friendliness despite me being THAT customer.

I came in to buy a few materials on my company’s behalf and the service I received was excellent I will definitely stop and shop here more often Alex and Michelle at the pro services desk were very helpful and friendly making me feel appreciated and welcome

I don't generally like big box stores...I can never find what I'm looking for, it's hard to find someone to help, employees are generally stressed, overworked, in a hurry, and not knowledgeable. This is NOT the case at this particular Home Depot. I've been probably 10 times since I moved to this area 6 months ago...and every time, there are plenty of people to help, and they are generally very friendly and seem to really want to help me find what I'm looking for. Self checkout always has plenty of staff to help, so even that goes smoothly and pleasantly. Returns are quick and painless. GOOD JOB TILLY MILL HOME DEPOT! So glad to live near this store!!

Made a purchase online, to be delivered. They delivered the wrong order and made this my fault. Can't deliver the correct order for several days

Levolor shades advertised as available but none in stock. Also entranice to cashiers is a long walk other side of store

I had a great day shopping for new indoor plants and getting all of the soil and other needs to pot them at home. Noor helped me in the outdoor area during checkout and I was on my merry way!
