needed screen to cover an area - signs worthless as so much stock is not where the signs say

Craig was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with gathering all necessary materials for the project I was working on.

Every time I go to the store, I am treated like a nuisance and a criminal. The store filthy, cluttered and unorganized. Be prepared to get dirty and move carts and products out of the way just to get to the shelves. You may think the store has a self check out the thing again because I was told that customers are allowed to check themselves out at the self check out because of shrinkage. Use extreme caution if you have to shop at this store.

Rest of the store is good and all other employees were friendly and professional. This woman was friendly too but when my back was turned while paying I saw her I. The reflection of the screen taking a picture of my toddler. that was completely unacceptable.

Two trips to HD in two days for electrical items needed for a remodel. Both days, Angela was in the area, and incredibly helpful in making sure I found what I needed. Didn't just tell me where to find my items, but walked me to the area and helped in the search. Understood what I was looking for, made sure it was right for my project, all with a beautiful smile and genuine desire to help. Thank you Angela!

I went to buy a Glacier Bay toilet, vanity and faucet. Employees were extremely helpful in helping me find the items that I wanted. Best experience I have ever had at a home improvement store.

I bought a rolling storage cart and so content with my purchase.

Angela in customer service is extremely unhelpful and I will not be returning. She refused to help me despite me helping her out when she appeared busy. I came back and she then told me I walked through the store the wrong way so she could not help me.

I enjoy going to this Home Depot because every employee wants to help you.

The worker Tash made my shopping experience worth wild from the moment I entered the door. She deserves a promotion with the way that she helped myself and my family.

The lot is not contractor friendly, small spaces and navigation is rough due to the cart corrals overflowing. Needs revamped.....

I came in on MAY 15, 2022 to buy a dremel kit as a gift. I had a hard time finding one that did not have a damaged box. When it was opened - the dremel unit and the accessories had been used!! Yes, Home Depot sold me a used tool at full retail price. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Someone did a good job disguising the fact that the box had been open, but from now on I will suspect that anything I buy there is not in new condition.

I was restricted from mentioning all associates in this store! Michael in paint , whom is an emplolyee of Behr is awesome! Cashiers Diana, Alejandra, Michelle, James, Jen,and Rene junior ,Insure that we get in & out quickly!!!! they are also very pleasent! Eulicez is a great yard man a happy kid! always helpful

The Tilly Mill location's customer service is excellent. I have been there many times. The staffs there always help me out every time.

Chantel had to scan our items 3 times due to our confusion waiting on a coupon. She was very patient and helpful

The worst Home depot in Atlanta. As soon as you pull onto the property you are met by a multitude of day laborers. I counted no less than a dozen on my latest visit. The parking lot looks trashy. The isles are cluttered, especially as you first walk in. If someone is looking at light bulbs forget it, you'll have to go down another isle. Inventory control is poor. I often go there because they show it in stock, but when you get there they can't find it. I would like to write something good about this store, but I can't think of anything good about it.

I was putting up shelving in a closet and was having trouble with accessory parts. Gabe and Kendall went above and beyond to help me find what I needed.

You don't need to be a building contractor to shop at Home Depot and take advantage of the products they have to help you do a project. Home Depot's employees listen and then tell you where to find what you want, or make suggestions on what you need to use. They also can tell you about the videos on the Home Depot website if you need additional guidance in doing your project by yourself. You'd be surprised of their special knowledge of products used by contractors since they help them also, and know what they use. That is why Home Depot is my choice for getting what I need easily and in a friendly atmosphere!
