I was able to enter the store, find the item I needed, check on the options and prices for a future purchase that is planned, and went through self checkout. I was back to my car in less than 5 minutes!

Every time I go into Home Depot for anything, the staff is friendly and eager to help. I love the way every isle is labeled clearly making items I am looking for easy to find.

Everyone is so nice and willing to help. I went to the same store but on different days and at different times. The staff was consistently helpful and pleasant. Very well on the way to becoming my new "go-to" location for all things "home"! Thanks!!

Items mostly geared toward contractors versus home shoppers. Large lumber and garden area, everything else limited.

Home depo have poor customer service. No one there knows any thing when you asked them about a product’ and the pro’s you have they are a joke, Home depo need to change Manager. And some of it people. Home depo is going to go under, I started shopping at Harbin Lumber co, best service and low prices than Home depo’

We needed assistance in multiple areas of the store. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, helpful and knew what they were doing. A shout out to Jennifer,Daisy,Lee,Cassidy,Brendan and Abel.

We live in Atlanta and vacation in Toccoa. We always shop at store 6888 for our house needs which there are plenty as a fixer upper. We adore the staff and the vibe at this store. It far exceeds stores I. Our metro Atlanta area, especially Jimmmy Carter store in Tucker, GA. Such kind and real sale help and staff who like their jobs here at 6888. We drive 20 minutes to get to the store but do not kind because it’s always a good trip. Smaller than we are accustomed to, but so far has 90% of what we have ever needed.

Shelly helped me place an order for a washer/dryer combo. Very pleasant and helpful.

We went in needing a new heating and air system and decking for a new porch. All employees we worked with on these orders were helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our orders were correct and we were satisfied.

My experience today at the Toccoa Home Depot was refreshing. I met a very honest and helpful employee. I was in need of some insulation and the only remaining 3 batts on the floor were torn. This employee had just entered the area I was in and greeted me and ask if I needed something. After a quick deliberation he had the assistance he needed and very quickly brought out the product that I needed. He maintained a positive attitude and expressed his desire to make a positive impact by providing more product on the floor for the next customer that would find the new stock. This made a great interaction and experience.

I have felt neglected when I visit my local Home Depot lately. I stand around and have to wait over 30 minutes for help. Once I got the register with Brittany she was phenomenal. She was very kind and patient and very helpful.

I've been to this home Depot several times over the years and today was unexceptional for this store but exceptional as far as Home Depot stores go. I've been to the Commerce, Ga store, the Gainesville store, the Athens store, and several others throughout Northeast Georgia. This particular Home Depot is and has always been the exception to other stores I've patronized. The people that work here are not only helpful, but knowledgeable as well. The shipping experience here is worth any extra drive time.

Daisy is very helpful sweet young girl. She makes sure your taking care of. Home depot of Toccoa has sweet employees.

It seems that shopping here is becoming more and more frustrating. The inconsistency in customer service and employees adds the that frustration.

I'm so glad we have a home depot in our town.You can get about anything you need there.The people are really helpful and friendly. They know what they are talking about and are real helpful.

Recently moved to the area. This store is by far the most customer oriented Home Depot that I have ever visited. Knowledgeable and friendly employees in every department. Very well staffed.

I bought an LG range and microwave my shopping experience was the best. My wife and I will shop at the Toccoa Homedept for our next home project . 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
