Wonderful service Kara was an amazing cashier with a great smile!!

I had trouble getting something I had ordered from Home Depot and Cody and Susan worked with me and made sure I got what I had ordered. They went well above and beyond to make sure the right thing was done.

This Home Depot in Toccoa, Georgia is consistently the most well-run, friendliest, cleanest and best-stocked Home Depot of any home improvement store I frequent. the team members are eager to help, always smiling, and take pride in their store...a rarity these days. Specifically, Bailey, Javon and Lorie are always so helpful and courteous!

I have been here twice in the last 2 days and they have been friendly and helpful both days

Mr. Michael, assistant manager went above and beyond. He helped me put the screen on my window. He had to redo it twice before he was satisfied. Me and my cats feel safer with my screen on my window. His patience helping an older was so appreciated. I could have never done it myself. Thank you for having such caring employees. Thank you, Mr. Michael.

I have purchased many items including plants, veggies, pavers, blocks, paint and lumber and have been highly satisfied.

I needed a bunch of items from an upper shelf location. When I found Billy pulling a pallet of items towards the outdoors / garden area and asked for assistance he immediately stopped what he was doing and quickly helped me. He then asked if he could do anything more, told me how much he enjoyed working at Home Depot, bade me farewell, and returned to his duties.

This store has great staff and plenty of gardening supplies. It tends to lack in having all of the basic PVC Plumbing supplies. Toccoa Rental is the place to go for plumbing items.

I was switching out an old sink and faucet, needed to update the plumbing connection without relaxing everything. Jeremy helped me figure it out and his suggestion worked perfectly. Friendliest cashiers around!

Employee offered to get me a buggy since I forgot when I went in. She was very kind and helpful. I believe her name was Sonya

I was able to buy the necessary materials to hang my daughters swing.

Going into the HD in Toccoa is always a good, pleasant experience. Friendly salespeople, ready to help and take you right to whatever you are looking for

K and Lee were a perfect team!!! After it was all said and done… Lee and another person ended up helping me load my truck I can just say I sm 200% encouraged… and if customer service in all of your locations is like this…. You are in for a $$$$ year!!

The cashiers even not busy will not help the customer. I had purchased 21 feet of quarter round - that is sold by the foot- and the Home Depot employees could not find the bar code in their hand held computer. They did not offer or ask for help, I the CUSTOMER had to walk back to the shelf and take a photo of the item ID and bring it to the front. This is at 8:00 on Sunday with nearly no one in the store and TWO cashiers standing with their hand in the the apron pockets. No body in-line to check out.

There is always a smiling face to provide assistance when I need help finding what I am looking for.

I live coming to this Home Depot. There employees are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. If they don't have an answer, they walk you to someone who does.

Please open the lumber yard for drive thru it makes it soooooooo much easier, Store and employees are very helpful

Bought 25 bags of mulch and the young man who loaded it for me seemed truly interested in helping me. His attitude was much appreciated

I'm a 65 year old female who has had health issues. In past years, I've often had to load things myself. This years garden center crew is top notch.

I appreciate that you have employees like Zack in garden to help find what I needed. He was extremely helpful and gave world class service. I wish all home Depot stores had this kinda employees. He deserves to be recognized for his friendliness and attitude. Kudos to you Zack in garden I felt like I have known you all my life and only spent a little time with you. You Rock

Home Depot is my favorite building supply, I just wish the Toccoa store was larger. I live about half was between the Toccoa store and the Home Depot in Clayton, GA and shop in both stores.

Great place to shop at. Everyone there knows what they doing. friendly people.

Employees here are super friendly and always eager to help. So glad we have this Home Depot near our small town, however, Home Depot needs to provide this store with a saw like the larger stores so the employees have the ability to cut boards, etc to fit customer needs.
