My visit to the Toccoa Home Depot was enjoyable and very productive. The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding and helping me decide which one was wright for my application. As an electrician it is nice to know I can get great prices and educated assistance at Toccoa Home Depot.

I bought a beautiful memory foam floor mat for in front of my kitchen sink. Better selection and price than competitors. Excellent customer service as well.

Stay away from Appliance section you bother the associates by asking questions or wanting to make a purchase. Overall most associated have no clue what they are talking about. They know nothing about electrical, hardware, plumbing.... However the paint department appears to be good. I had good service there on the last visit.

i knew the store would have what i was looking for, therefore i did not have to drive all over town.

The store was nice, smaller than other locations. Do not expect help with loading or unloading. Me and my wife struggled with two ac units with employees walking toward us. They quickly turned down an aisle to avoid us. I am sure they seen us because the ac units are on the main aisle. No one there is very friendly and that's too bad because I really like Home Depot.

I was greeted as I entered the store and asked if I needed assistance. All associates were very helpful.

The people at my Home Depot are the best, Super friendly and very helpful. Michelle is the one person i always look for to assist me, She is always willing to do anything she can to make sure i get everything i need. I am disabled and it means so much to me when she helps me. I cant say enough about her and all the people who work in the Toccoa store. I just want to give credit to her and all the other great folks who are working in the Toccoa store. You all are so great. Thank you for everything you do.

I bought an air conditioner at Home Depot that would not fit in my car. Brittany Laird assisted me with my purchase and helped me to get my purchase home. I was overwhelmed by how nice and helpful this young lady was. I wish all my shopping trips could be as pleasant as this one.

I went in the day before and spoke with Brittany and Scott and they were very helpful.. Came back the next day and Brittany helped me get everything together and even helped me load and take out to my car cases of laminate flooring.. She was amazing.. Thank you for your help

As always, when I needed assistance, not only did I find an associate but the poor guy had a broken finger on one hand and still helped me load heavy items into my truck. This group of associates need to train other stores in the area in what it means to give good customer service!

I WAS NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE PAINT DEPT WITH THE LACK OF CONCERN WITH THE CAN TOP NOT CLOSED . THE PAINT SPILLED IN MY CAR AND NO ONE SAID, WELL, LETS TAKE A LOOK TO SEE THE MESS. I THINK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE IN THAT STORE. I WAS MADE TO FEEL THAT I HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG INSTEAD OF THE STORE PERSONNEL.

I was shown where the products were by Renee the cashier and she was very helpful, energetic and respectful.

Never had any problem getting help from the associates in every dept.

The associates are friendly and very helpful. The give a military discount too. Every little bit helps.

I purchased a riding mower and the Associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. However when I got home I had a problem with it because it was poorly assembled at the store. I went back looking for the original associate. I could not locate him so I asked someone in the garden center to call him. They just said "I think he went inside" which is where I had just came from. I go back inside to Customer Service and meet to other associates who were standing around chit chatting. I asked again, can you please call him for me. I think he went that way and pointed in a general direction. I was already mad because I had to go back to the store, so I said OK I will go hunt him again. Finally I found him with one of the others following me after she saw that I was mad. He took care of my issue with the mower right away with no problem. This is typical of this store. MOST, not all, associates don't know a nail from a faucet and are of no help. The initial purchase and original associate went well, its just the return trip that set me off.

For a Home Depot Lite, this store has an amazing variety of items and stands by the promise to get it when they do not have it. Site to store works great here. From the management team down, we are treated like family. This keeps us coming back, even paying a bit more to support this store.

The staff is very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly. They answer questions quickly and give helpful points concerning the product. Shopping is a pleasure in the Toccoa, GA store!

The associates were really helpful in loading my bags of mulch and directing traffic.
