Cashiers was very friendly, store was clean and organized. I love this Home Depot

the thing that bothers me the most is almost every time I go to either Lowes or HomeDepot they have aisles blocked off and it seems to be the aisle that I need to get something from. VERY ANNOYING, AND A WASTE OF TIME. can't they do stocking and whatever else they do, can't it be done at night ?

We were building a fence and Home Depot had everything we needed. The store was fairly clean, except the wood isle had multiple carts full of products at the end of the isle, blocking many of the wood locations. It's hard to find associates, but if you're adventurous and like finding things on your own, then it's a great store.

I went to Lowe's to purchase spray paint to paint the house numbers on my mailbox. I was in the paint aisle for about 10-15 minutes, but didn't get approached by any representative. In the end, I left because Lowe's didn't have the paint (outdoor metallic gold) and a store representative I tracked down didn't recommend any alternatives. I went to Home Depot the next day and picked up a can of spray paint. I asked the Paint Rep if this could be used on the mailbox. He told me that the store didn't carry metallic gold outdoor paint, but that I could use the spray paint that I picked up. He recommended sanding the house numbers for better adhesion and that I would have to reapply occasionally, since the paint was not made to be used outdoors. Overall, I'm satisfied with the honest feedback from the paint representative.

I would like to commend Terriakea for her excellent customer service. She was happy, friendly, and very pleasant to us as we checked out. I shop often at home depot and it isn't always a great experience checking out. I do appreciate people who love and appreciate their job. It just makes the customer feel appreciated and welcomed when one demonstrates these traits. Thank you again Terriakea. David in hardware is an excellent associate. He knows his stuff and spent 30 min of his time making sure I had all the parts I needed for my fence project. He is genuine and takes customer service to a whole new level. Thanks David !!

I purchased a gas stove from this store in Houston, Texas, 77070. This store staff are very friendly. The store are very clean and bright. The sales person was very knowledgeable. The check out process is super. The sales person entered the order to the computer, set up the delivery date, and I can check out and pay from his desk. The checkout process is very quick and efficiency. You do NOT need to take the order, go to the front, and stay in line to check out, which is superior from other stores. I do have excellent experience shopping in this store. Their services are excellent.

I visit this Home Depot pretty much EVERY day! No kidding! I've been remodeling a home for 5 months and have reason for daily visits. The employees on the floor and at the registers are always friendly and helpful. I have been known to joke with the staff that I may need to put in an application since I'm there so often!

Needed assistance in regards to a replacement door lock. I received all the answers I needed and was able to get a price that beat the competition.

I had two great people help me in the store. one was a lady by the name of Cynthia ( a short lady) I think she is in gardening and a gentleman, by the name of Danny in electrical. they both knew what I was looking for as I did not know what it was I needed to complete my projects. I enjoy coming to this store as you have some very knowledgeable people. please keep up the great work in keeping people like this as I have gone to other stores and they do not know what they are doing.

The sales associate named Joy was very pleasant and wonderful to work with. Im starting a kitchen remodeling project and she explained everything. I look forward to dealing with The Home Depot a lot more in the future.

M house remodeling was going terrible unti I started explaining the situation to the members and they helped me decide on final decisions, they did seem a bit understaffed so that was the only issue I could think of.

The store lay out is always consistent and logical. Items are easy to locate and check out is usually quick.

I have been shopping at the Tomball location fro 6 years. The service and condition of the store as well as the staff have always been consistent with a commitment to quality and service. I am a carpenter by hobby and I love DIY project, Home Depot is my candy store.

Janet in Home and Garden is so pleasant and helpful. She is always willing to help the customer find what they need. She goes way beyond to make the customer happy.
