I found a gold oval mirror for my Bathroom vanity. This store only had one. The employee was very helpful in that he said he could look it up at another store location to see if it was in stock. He found it in the Copperfield area, so I purchased it online with his help. By the time I got home, I received a text that the order had been cancelled. I called the number provided.....it took me 30 minutes to find out it was not in stock. I called several Home Depot stores. There were none available. I waited 2 weeks and called the Tomball Home Depot. They said that they had some on order and it would be in the following week on Thursday. He said I could come in on Friday and pick it up. I did go to the Tomball Home Depot to pick it up. They did not receive the order and did not know when or IF it would come in. I was dissappointed that no one could give me CORRECT information about the gold oval mirror.

Mrs.Cheryl (Appliances) have knowledge and personality a great combination to work with people.

When picking up my online order Allie was very kind and quick in identifying the concern. She went over and beyond by going to retrieve the correct item. My 10 yr old also noticed Allie's extra care. As you may agree the world is more often so dark and mean - It is important to me that our young people are encouraged and shown that kindness is important and Allie's extra care deposited that glimmer of hope. THANK YOU ALLIE and THANK YOU HOME DEPOT for employing people of great character!!!

I am a 75 year old veteran who just had back surgery. I needed to purchase 60 sf of outdoor title. The salesman helped me (Robert) select the tile, check me out in his area, move my chart to the front and had another team member load the tile into my SUV. And I appreciate Veteran’s Discount. Great service all around, but it’s the same as my every visit. GREAT STORE.

I had the experience of being assisted by Allie. She was very helpful and didn't hesitate to assist me.

I am a frequent Home Depot shopper! Working on our home is a constant treat. I say that sincerely, because making our home better and more beautiful is what our goal is. Home Depot has always come through for everything we need!

Mr. Robert Money was of great help. He answered all my questions concerning the materials I needed for my floor. Highly recommend Mr. Robert if you have any concerns about flooring!

Janet in the gardening section ask to see my (a black shopper) receipt after making a purchase of the same item in multiple quantities Janet did not ask to see the receipt of the white gentleman in front of me that purchase multiple items of the same quantity It seems that Janet has a bias opinion of some shoppers as if they may be coming to steal This was a very awkward and uncomfortable situation and I will not be shopping at this home Depot anymore Janet needs more training when dealing with customers of different ethnicities or should be moved to a different department that does not interface with customers

Clean store. Above average customer service. I’ve always found everything I needed.

Went there today to pickup some lumbers for my project. I was very pleased because of Rocio! She works at the cashier, and shes very professional. I hope this girl will get a big promotion from her boss.

Overall, this store is good. The main problem is their lines. They only ever have one person working the lumber checkout and only have the self-checkout open. Seven when the lines get to over 10 people at either, they never make any attempt to call for help or place another employee at one of the many empty registers.

I bought a ZTrak Lawn Mower yesterday and the young man and lady that helped me were awesome in fact the whole team in the customer service department were. James and Jenny did an amazing job helping me out the purchase I made today. Thank You Guys!

Very poor service from Karen at the self checkout.

Labels that are not on the right place. Came to the store and found an air purifier in the clearance section. The price on it said $89 and there were more than one. I looked at the reviews while at the store found out it was a good buy. I decided to put it in my cart and came to the front to pay. Needless to say the item scanned at a different price. The cashier tried to fix it but we had trouble with the register. We moved to another register and another person came by and he would not change the price like the other cashier did. They told me that the item was scanning for 349 or 300 and something I told him there was more than one and they all had the Same price on them. They called a manager who didn’t care to listen to me just took the item away when I told her I didn’t wanna pay full price because it wasn’t my fault.

The employees are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have exactly what you need and they get you the best quality for the best price. Thank you to all the Home Depot employees.

Went in on a Saturday, very busy, yet everyone I approached, actually smiled. As a women walking into a 'man's' store, I left feeling as if I can actually do this!!

The sound system in the store is terribly distorted (akin to fingernails on a chalkboard) and has been that way for over 3 months. It makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience . After spending a short amount of time in the store I just want to get out quickly. The worse part was the view of management that Home Depot will not fix it because it was too expensive. My take: if you can't afford to to maintain the system then turn of the music. Why subject customers to that noise.

Great staff! This location has some of the best employees. I frequent big box stores at least five times a week due to my hobbies and I struggle at the big blue to get help with anything that I need yeah every time I walk into this particular Home Depot I am greed it warmly and the staff always goes above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I have started to learn some of their names due to my frequent visits and a huge shout out to Joshua and Alejandra for being so awesome! Home Depot on 249 and Jones really do value the guest experience and it shows! I was not paid or incentivized to write this review. I

Being somebody that travels around the country for their job, this is by far a substantial Home Depot in quality and courtesy

We purchased two different mirrors for our bathroom. We chose one, returned the other and purchased a second of the one we chose. The employees were friendly and helpful. The mirror quality was great, the price was excellent and we are happy with our purchase.

On line ordering pick up system is very good.
