Better than usual quality lumber in my experience at several locations

Parking here is absurd. All the best spots are either pro-only or filled with rows of sheds. It is really frustrating for people on busy days, when they have to park really far away because the sheds and water containers, sod, soils/mulch take up so much parking space. Can't the sheds go a little farther back? I hear people complain about the sheds almost every time I go.

Home Depot did a great job at placing signage over items stating what the price was. Unfortunately what it was over was NOT ON SALE. The lack of cashiers forces everyone to use self checkout where there only 2 employees standing and neither of them are willing to help when things rang up incorrectly. He just simply stated that "those aren't on sale" even though the signage was over them.

Todd in the paint department Is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and produces orders fast and accurate 100% of the time. He is so eager to help it's always a great experience when I'm getting paint or supplies and know he's there. Thanks Todd.

The store is big and my brain is small. Every time I can't find something one of the HD crew is right there to show the way. If I have a question about the application (#6 screw or #8 ?) they know or will find someone who does. HD has my complete loyalty !!

I have found that at the Tooele Utah store most all employees are nice, respectful, and most of all knowledgeable and if they don't know something they find someone that does.

Employees are always pleasant and helpful. My favorite Home Depot by far.

This home Depot is well managed. They usually have the products in stock. I use the online ordering frequently. When I can't use the online ordering I go to the app to see what aisle the things I need are on. Returns are fairly easy as well. Overall this Home Depot let's you get what you need, get to your work, and get it done.

1 day bought a ryobi skill saw and batteries around $ 280 . Next day adds come out and lo and be hold they have a ryobi kit of flash light , sawzall, drill driver , impact driver , circular saw , multi tool 2 batteries and charger for $ 199.00 it would have been nice if they told me before I bought just circular saw and 2 batteries.

Either your management is encouraging over charging or they need to revise the lunch scheduling system, its the only thing the check out people seem to be thinking about.

This store lacks customer service…however you awesome on ignoring customer! Your “employees” do not greet, always talking to co-workers…now the managers are good

Needed some unique plumbing parts for a job. A gentleman working in the plumbing plumbing department new exactly were every thing was and had me on my way in under 5 minutes. He new his area well, was friendly and very helpful.

Super friendly staff at customer service. Always with a smile and laugh.

I bought a garage door opener install. What a joke on Home Depot side, Installers where great. They had a promo week after I bought, they wouldn't adjust, then they fulfilled, those orders leaving we waiting. A month latter I finally got them to give me one from the store itself. Turns out a beam in may garage wont all that type of opener. went to exchange it, apparently there is only one person in the store that know how to do it. So I bought the one I need outright $200 more. and I called the installer back. (Accent Doors, these guys are awesome) Zach and Karen at store thanks for trying! It has been a week tomorrow still no refund for other opener and install kit, or even a call.

My parents, in their typical fashion, drove over to the Home Depot an hour before closing. As someone who works with patrons, I would've completely understood if the employees were a bit disgruntled. But, every single person who helped us was super professional and patient. They wanted a specific fire pit, and of course the one they chose could only be accessed by a forklift. So, the lady helping them got a forklift driver to come grab it. By the time we got and paid for our stuff, the "Store is Closed" announcement had already sounded. We got out the door a few minutes later. The cashier, PJ, even gave my dad a discount for how long it took to get our fire pit(even though it was our fault for shopping so late.) Thank you so much to PJ, Seth, and Angeles.

Each time that I have dealt with this store the employees have be consistently courteous and instructive regarding their own store but great also with suggestions on where else in town the products might be.

I arrived 10 minutes before the store closed. I needed birdseed and potting soil. The bags of birdseed weighed 40 pounds. I could barely get them in my cart. I casually told the cashier Umer how I had forgotten how heavy 40 pounds is. He immediately asked if I needed some help and volunteered to help me get the bags into my truck. Having had a surgery this last year I was so appreciative for his offer to help. It was just a few minutes before closing and it had just started to rain also. Thank you Umer for your great customer service and helping me. You were fun to chat with also!

Cyndie, at the Tooele store is vrr professional and a great employee. She went above normal customer service. I supplied a wrong number for a contact number, when my items arrived She research my name and located my new number and was able to reach me to advise my order was in!! Great service! Great employee!

We needed to go to Home Depot tonight to see about a warranty on a tiller. Justin was incredible and helped us out. He was extremely patient and friendly. Cyndi also helped us when we returned. Customer service is extremely important to me. I cannot thank these two employees enough for the exceptional customer service we received. I HIGHLY recommend this store to all!!!

I visit this store multiple times a week, even though I know the store better than most every employee is very helpful with all my questions no matter the time of day I am shopping.

We have to give a huge thank you to Zach at home depot tooele . I went in tonight looking for a homedepot apron for a little one, turns out they don’t sell them they’re just for kids club. So instead of just turning us away, he went made calls to daytime staff, found out where they keep them, and went and dug one out for us! Seriously above and beyond customer service and we’re gonna have a very happy 4 year old on his bday tomorrow morning thanks to him. Homedepot is Disney land to that boy! So thank you Zach you are awesome!!!
