Had a wonderful experience! Was assisted by Paul Archibald who was extremely helpful in finding exactly what we needed and even helped my husband and I get everything loaded into our truck.

We have come to know Joann in garden over the last month or so of various home projects. She’s always so kind and so helpful. I will go out of my way to checkout in garden becuase of the great customer service! Joann is one of a kind!

The employees are always so friendly and helpful!

My husband and I walked in 30 minutes before closing to buy a new fridge for our garage. We were greeted by some friendly employees when we walked into the store, were asked if there was anything they could help us find and led us right to the refrigerators. They answered questions, waited patiently for us to make a decision and helped us bring our purchase to the front of the store. They were so nice, friendly and professional! They helped us load the fridge into our truck and told us to have a fantastic evening. The whole experience was pleasant and we will totally shop here again.

We make trips at least twice a week into Home Depot while we are working on various projects.

Vets used to get a storewide discount, but now they have removed that discount for lumber!!

This Home Depot every single time I go in. Is very clean stocked and people are very knowledgeable about everything there in the products that they carry and which I was there on prices of wood things like that like no practices that keep going up and down it’s nice to know that people actually care in a time that America is really struggling. Home Depot strives to still bring quality product at as Lowe of prices That are possible for the time with the cost of everything going significantly higher they do a pretty dang good job at keeping costs down.

I purchased a dryer. The checkers and other staff were of great help and I appreciate them all.

More than once I have been assisted by employees that went out of their way to be helpful and friendly! I highly recommend Home Depot!

The items are almost always of the best quality.

Unable to find the item we wanted at any Home Depot or other store or online order, Christine in the Garden department showed us the way to obtain the item at their store and made all the necessary arrangements to get it for us. We went the extra mile to go to the Tooele store from SLC and Christine went the extra mile to help us.

Melissa provided my wife and I the best experience we ever had. She provided friendly service, patience, knowledge, training with cabinetry and all tools. My wife tells me that she is the only one that ever agrees to cut wood for her. She had been told no and asked Melissa 5 minutes later and just does it.

the store manager was more then helpful on the night i went in. went above on the return of a item i was having problems with.

I have done several projects this month and the people at the pro Desk have been absolutely amazing thank you for the hard work

Great store. Just avoid the lumber area if you are in need of more than what they have unbundled for access.

Tooele Home Depot has the best customer service! You can always find someone to help!

We had a flooring order from Homedepot.com that was wrong, our closest Home Depot couldn’t/wouldn’t help, homedepot.com said it would be two weeks before we could get the right flooring. So we drove over an hour to the Tooele store, there we were helped and completely taken care of. It was such a great experience after arranging child care for our little kids, having our flooring ripped up and then finding out multiple boxes were the wrong color, spending 2 hours on the phone. I can’t say enough great things about this store. I really appreciate the people that helped us.

We came in to buy a washer and dryer. Clerk talked to us at first then left. When we picked the washer we wanted we couldn’t find anyone to help us. A young man working in carpets finally did. He wasn’t to sure about the transition but I hope got us through.

I appreciate the senior employees who work at our Tooele Home Depot! I’m always so happy when I see some of my favorites and can ask them questions. They always go the extra mile to help me with my purchases. Carol at the self checkout line made my trip enjoyable. I Hate self checkout but she waved me over and helped me and I was finished very fast. She even got someone to help me load my heavy shelves in my truck. Thanks Home depot employees for all you do!

This store has issues keeping items in stock. The HD app does not reflect the on-hand store quantities, so it does no good to check on line before going to store. The isles are full of stuff making it had to push a cart through the store. It is hard to get help loading from employees. They let people park in the loading zone which is unsafe and makes it hard to get in and out of the store.

The store was easy to find items, the restrooms were clean.

Learn how to pronounce Tooele, The store is located there, it’s not too much to ask that the phone system say the city’s name correctly.

The store was clean and well-ordered. I like the big signs with letters large enough to read easily and the friendly knowledgeable personnel to help me. The cart was easy to push without faulty wheels and excess weight and small enough I didn't feel like my hands were at my shoulder level. The doors were easily opened without undue stress on my old and weak shoulders and arms. Floors clean and level and aisles clear enough to make shopping a pleasant experience. I found quality merchandise and items and expert advice..

I marked yes on recomendig store, but you have to be more vigilant in inforcment of mask rule or i will most likley say No!!

store is always a cluttered mess. employees rarely acknowledge your there. customers continually walk around the store without a face mask and the employees do nothing about that.

This store is always a mess to try to get through with so much stuff crowding the aisles. Employees always standing around in the way. There are a few that work hard at helping customers.

I was overwhelmed trying to get my supplies to hang peg board. I had a great employee named Chase who helped me get the right size screws and furring strips and figured out the sizes I needed and got them all cut for me. What a great experience at our Tooele store! The checker Joanna was so fun and friendly. Made my trip so awesome! Great customer service today!

Jen, who helped me at the Online Pickup counter, was very helpful with my online purchase questions and issue. Jen listened to my questions, researched the answer, and fixed my online purchase price issue without hesitation. I drove out there from West Valley and I would do it again for the customer service and friendliness I received! Thank you for being patient and helpful with my purchase, I really appreciate it! James was awesome, too! He helped me load my purchase onto my truck bed. Very nice and friendly guy!
