Bought the things needed for my repairs and very happy with the items.

I had 3 different clerks call for someone to help me 4 times. Finally heard someone in the aisle 2 clerks came out and assisted me. I spent around 45 minutes waiting

The dedicated to the area are ne er available for questions and the inventory is always a mess

Employees very helpful and helped me get what I needed. The employees all had smiles and thanked me for my visit. Store was clean and well stocked.

At Home Depot when you walk into a department an associate greats you and ask if they can help. This save a lot of time and helps from buying the wrong stuff.

The shower floor cracked and we have to re-do the tile and Home Depot had the order ready when we got there to pick it up. Great service and a military discount means we will always buy our building repair needs here..

Lexus was awesome, she answered all of our questions, very friendly and knowledgeable

I bought these stones last year, but there is a big negative difference in customer service in 2025. I might add, that prices are higher on plants than their competitors.

As appliances that you've depended on for years finally wear out and need replacement, I choose home depot for that.

Bought welder was bad return one employee helped another couldn’t care less. Plus lost 5 hrs of work plus expenses. Requested since the box was dented to see if it was a proper order I was told that it was no issue. Found out when I returned it wasn’t supposed to be on the floor due to have been rejected before.

Being a frequent customer, I have observed in the past year or so a positive change in the employee’s attitude. I attribute this to management setting and demonstrating high expectations for themselves and everyone involved. The store manager helped me load materials on a Sunday afternoon for a charity ramp build for a lady that no longer could manage steps. Another occasion the assistant manager helped my get materials of a high shelf even though he was off and saw the need as he was about to go home. This example has been recognized and I has integrated into the culture of the store. for my church’s charity deck build for a me

Every time I’ve been in the store the associate treat me with respect. Very professional management.

We purchased a major appliance at Trussville Home Depot recently. What a pleasant experience!! All our questions were thoroughly answered by our knowledgeable and professional sales representative. Although the product was not in stock, she made the ordering easy and we received it within 5 days. We would definitely shop Trussville Home Depot again!

We needed several items including appliances on our shopping trip. Every employee was very friendly and helpful. They made sure we got what we wanted and made us feel at home in the store. I never felt rushed or felt like I was bothering anyone. We were greeted when we entered the store and everyone spoke to us until we left the store.

My Visit to the Trussville Home Depot was very pleasant as all ways..

There was no help to load merchandise. This is bad for business.

Went to HD with the intent to get a 8x4 sheet of pressed board and request it to be cut into 4 pieces for shelving. I discovered that they had precuts my desired size in a few different types of boards including the pressed board I was looking for. Made my trip so much better and quicker.

We were shopping for granite countertops and found a nice selection. The design tech Stephanie was outstanding. She was patient and very helpful. She spent time with us which we greatly appreciated

Mr. John in lumber is so incredibly kind and helpful! He makes Home Depot feel like one of those quaint little hardware stores where half the fun of visiting is interacting with the employees. He made mine and my daughter’s “fall project day” together so enjoyable!

For the most part store employees are pretty helpful. Shopping at a Home Depot store and then perhaps another store the lay out is pretty close. You have to spend some time shopping to get the store lay out. The store APP is a good idea help find products in a store when it is really busy. I try to shop on off hours.

All the items I bought were great.

The product we came looking for was there and it did what we needed it to do. Our air was not blowing cool air so we came to purchase coil cleaner.
