This has become my favorite home improvement store. The staff is universally friendly and helpful, and I've gotten some values that really are exceptional. Check it out--think you'll be pleased too!

GREAT STORE AND GREAT LOCATION

THIS STORE HAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THEY ALWAYS ASK IF YOU NEED HELP IF THEY SEE YOU WANDERING AROUND LIKE YOU ARE LOST. THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, THIS STORE IS NEAT CLEAN AND IN A GOOD LOCATION, I AM ABLE TO GET ASSISTANCE WHEN NEEDED

Lots of friendly personnel to help with my searching. Will not go to that other big hardware store again, much better experience here.

This was the largest Home Depot I have been to in Alabama. They had a lot of items in stock, it was very organized, clean, and the staff was constantly asking if I needed help. This is a great store!!!

The store was well organized and Elijah in the paint department is an excellent employee. He showed excellent customer service and I appreciate his help. Great Job!

Brooklyn was and kind

If you are buying bulk items and require help loading into your car/truck ensure when purchasing ask if someone is available to load, I had to wait 30 minutes before someone showed up and after 3 phone calls and one to to a manager, nothing.

This is a great store. Always has what I need and personel are friendly and helpful.

VERY GOOD WE HAVE AN AMAZING PERSON NAMED LEXIS

Typically have good experiences with Home Depot anyway but it was very pleasing to not have to search around and continuously use homedepot.com to locate items. The staff here is very attentive to what “needing help” locating an item looks like and prompt to ask if you need assistance. Store also seemed very clean with all the isles open and limited interference from the equipment and merchandise moving going on around the store. I have been to other stores that will have isles blocked off and no one even around working in them. Understanding that Safety is always first, it made our day to not have to worry about whether we could get to what we needed down isles because they were all open or had employees working in them actively.

I recently purchased appliances from the Trussville location the customer service was excellent and our sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our purchase. It was very nice to have been greeted and helped during our visit.

The cashier today, Carita , was the most friendly person that I have met all week.

Most of their employees throughout the store are knowledgeable and thorough when helping educate folks coming in with questions about products and jobs.

Great store, great environment!

This location is almost always a pleasant experience in part due to helpful, friendly employees throughout the store. I've never been there long before some associate asks if I need assistance. And when I have had to seek assistance finding someone has been easy and the associate seeming to be happy to help. Don't know how they do it but everyone in this location appear to be glad to see the customers. This is quite different from the experience at another nearby home improvement store.
