I love this Hime Depot store at Delaware and 91st in So. Tulsa. Their staff is amazing, always eager to help. I am an Advanced Master Gardener w/OSU and buy most all my plants, soil aiand fertilizer at this location. Excellent selection of annuals, perennials and herbs.

The entire process of online order's whether done in store or wherever needs improvement including timely deliveries and useful tracking information. When one searches for a box of 3” screws, for example, it’s not helpful to receive 1,780 query results of which 1,775 are complete unrelated. Whatever % of total sales is comprised of online orders, the potential for growth has to be enormous since your current performance must set the bar pretty low 🫤 On the positive side, no charge delivery to the Store is 👍

I had bought something on line which came damaged. .com customer service were zero help but Taison at the help desk at this store was amazing! He spent over an hour helping me & despite many .com hurdles, he got it sorted. Taison & the other staff who helped is the reason why I will be loyal to this store. That guy has the patience of a saint!

I 4 appliances but when I tried to call, no one answered the phone. I tried 4 different times with no one answering the phone. the next day I called again and on the 5th attempt to reach someone I finally got someone. They were no help at all. I was trying to pay for my purchase. Really sad.

It was a nightmare!!!! Customer service wouldn’t help then I had to go to the store and it got worse. It took over an hour to checkout and that delayed my delivery a week even though my paperwork has the correct delivery date.

Shannon and LaDonna went above and beyond to resolve an online order issue. They were both very helpful and very prompt in their service.

I like that this store is always well stocked and how I don't have to look for someone to help me because the employees are always asking if I need help. I appreciate that.

My husband and I purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator from this Home Depot and our experience was excellent. Charles was the gentleman who assisted us and he was very knowledgeable about the brands were were considering. He made us feel at peace about our purchase and we are so excited to receive our new appliances!

They helped get something out of top stock for me. I couldn’t find it on the shelf, but they found it for me.

We needed to get some things for a few projects layin around that won't do themselves.. we decided to (unfortunately) open one of our THD credit cards because of how much everything costs now.. so decided to get a few projects and not just the lumber for one project.. wish someone could have checked for us if there were any deals for openning that card up but they didnt. Oh well.

Went to buy a 40v ryobi battery and the employee griped all the way to the register that they had to unlock the cage to get it for me

I can read some signage throughout store but a font bigger and secondary eye level signs would be appreciated.

I went in shopping for a natural gas water heater. The employees were prompt in helping me and very thorough with the information needed to make my purchase.
