Needed help in the kitchen dept with sink/garbage disposal and install for my 87 year old mother who was in store. Design staff ignored me when I asked for help. The girl finally yelled load the sink in your cart or they'll charge $75 to pick it up. The man just ignored me. We needed help loading stuff and he sat on his butt. Maybe, 2022 12:38pm. Went to service desk and they knew nothing about installation. It took 30 mins to figure it out. Didnt offer to load car,even though my mom is 87 and disabled. Hirrible experience.

Has all the residential and commercial needs and products

I always felt very comfortable at this location. Good parking and store is well laid out. Staff is usually available and helpful.

Just 2 days I got this products n am pleased with that am going back in a week to buy it again

I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. Turned out I was in the right area but was blind in one eye and couldn't see out of the other. Deb (in cabinet and door hardware) took me right to the three items I was looking for. Took me to Melissa at the self-check register and Melissa checked me out without my asking.

I was searching for a particular Christmas display and the staff went out of their way to confirm availability and held the last one for me. They followed up with me to be sure I was able to get it, something unheard of most times. Very impressive!

Elwin, the sales associate was very helpful in finding the product I was seeking. He looked it up for me and told me it was an online item only and that I could place the order at the service desk. Later, he saw me waiting at the desk and offered to place the order for me. He was congenial and professional. Martha assisted me at self service, checking out the Christmas decorations I was purchasing. She was friendly and very professional. Both of these employees made my shopping experience enjoyable! I didn't even mind spending the money LOL! This is always my preferred store location and for sure I will go there again!

I have recently began to frequent this store over other competitor stores due their friendly associates.

The appliance specialist knew her products.

associates out if uniform in paint, tattoos showing on arms maybe applied in prision, ojt or other training lacking, no service provided to my wife and willing to lie to management to protect their job and management naive enough to believe associate.

After a crappy experience @ the 59th & N.May store, this store was like going to a completely differently company. The staff is more knowledgeable & capable then other stores,they are more attentive & made sure I had every thing I needed & wanted to buy & even priced matched another store on a washer & dryer. Great people at this store & plenty of handicapped scooters charged up & ready to go.

7/15/2021 Receipts said the sale cashier is MICAH This cashier looks like she doesn't even want to be there. Doing her job was an inconvenience to her. Basically, she looks like she hated her job. I paid for the things I bought and she didn't even bag it. She just went back to being bored and yawning. I had to bag my own paid items. If Home Depot hires anymore of these type of people, you're going to loss your customers. People with attitudes and no customer service skills should not be hire. Home Deport has failed. Don't hire people with no customer service skills or train your employees better.

I would avoid this store like the plague. The personnel is rude, discourteous, unknowledgeable, will accuse you of stealing if you purchase a tool chest. If you have a problem locating something, there is no one to assist you even if you have the department paged. The BATHROOMs are more like outhouses, there was no toilet paper in the stalls, it was filthy, it looked as though someone had wiped their backside on the wall. Needless to say I just held it until I got to the gas station.

Employees are very helpful and have always shown knowledge into the products at the store Am especially grateful to Tammy, Carlos, and LaTonya who helped me thru so many home projects over the past 2 years Thank you so much

Have worked with this store remotely from out of state, completing purchases over the phone, setting up delivery and installs for my mom's house. In both cases, associates were really helpful and made the process painless.

This is a great store. It is very convenient for me as I live close by. I like to have my items sent directly to the store. I prefer it over other home improvement stores. They have lots of items to choose from and in stock.

Rude employees! Had a receipt to return and item and they refused to scan it. Said it “was out of the return window” when in fact the bottom of the receipt said return window was still good until late AUGUST. Dealt with 3 employees- all snippy and rude. Condescending, clueless, then once we finally were able to get things taken care of, she threw my phone back at me. Disgusting behavior from these “employees” I expected more from Home Depot.

APPRECIATE THAT EMPLOYEES STILL WEARING MASKS EVEN THOUGH CITY MANDATE LIFTED. I FEEL THIS WILL BE IMPORTANT FOR A SHORT WHILE LONGER. STORE WAS CLEAN AND CHECKER FRIENDLY. LINE FOR CHECKER WAS SHORT, BUT ONLY A FEW PEOPLE SHOPPING AT THIS TIME. ONLY THING TO IMPROVE WAS THE NEED TO KEEP A SUPPLY OF CARTS AVAILABLE IN GARDEN AREA.

Everyone...all 4 employees were like you had friends with you to help in every area. Cashier an angel as were the others. Left there with a happy feeling.

Ken at the pro desk was awesome 5 star all the way. Plus he took his time take care of me and thanked me for my business. Awesome
