I bought material to make a chicken wheelchair. The lady in plumbing helped me find what I needed, cut the PVC to sizes I needed, even put together to be sure it was cut correctly. All I have to do now is cut material for seat and put on wheels. My lame chicken will heal in style. Second photo is not mine, but I hope what it will look like when I’ve finished it.

I have shopped Home Depot Turfland for many years. The selection and prices are good and the store personnel are great ! Almost always find exactly what I am needing in all departments and truly appreciate the professional, helpful and pleasant employees.

I enjoy shopping at the Turfland HD. The staff is friemdly amd helpful and it carries almost all the itwms i need when i need them.

The employees are always helpful, patient and courteous.

Everytime I need a water heater, plumbing pipe cart I have to search for one because 3/4 of them are sitting in aisle loaded with all different types of store merchandise. This has gone on for years. Your main competitor doesn't operate this way. When I'm trying to stay in schedule this is definitely a cussing moment

Found the item quickly due to clear signage.

I do also enjoy the Richmond road , Lexington store because they have a larger selection. Due to the fact the square footage of the store is larger. Therefore more selection is available. It’s less convenient to get to for me. So I’m there less frequently. I’m not as familiar with that layout or location. I need much more help. But I get it. And love the larger selections. I have reserved products from Turfland. To pick up at Richmond rd. Store. Not a big deal. Good store thx JD

Randall, in Windows and Door, was amazing. He took time to listen to my questions, concerns, and needs and address them professionally with respect and a desire to help. He also presented several options and took time to educate me, but not in a condescending way. It felt like hanging out with my favorite teacher. However, I had to wait in the department for nearly 30 min before he returned from what I assume is a lunch break. No one else on the floor was able to help me despite another employee paging for help. There were plenty of employees in the store; on occasions, I witnessed a cluster of 2-3 talking to each other so I think it may just be a lack of training and many are just stockers, cashiers, etc.

Clean store. Friendly and helpful employees. Carries brands that our local store does not.

I regularly visit this Home Depot location and am consistently happy with my experiences here and the quality of products that I find. I’ve also done online orders to this location and have no issues.

I'm not a very handy man and have never been. But when I walk through the Home Depot and talk with the employees, they tell exactly how I can use the product that I'm asking about. By talking to them, they make me feel like I could use anything and build anything.

Every single time I need supplies, I'm always greeted, the material is always in stock, the staff are expedient and personable, the lumber crew always loads me up quickly, and I couldn't think of a better place to go. The staff at the pro counter that are excellent are Scott, Eric, Doug, and Lisa. The lumber crew that always provide phenomenal service is Rodney and 2 different guys named Zach.

I have brought many products at this Home Depot store Harrodsburg Road Turfland. Never been disappointed!!

I stop in from time to time when I'm on that side of town; otherwise, I usually go to the other.

The service at this store is 100% better than the other location in Lexington. Sales associates are always helpful and friendly. Scott Waller at the Pro Desk guided us through our needs for ordering material. He went above and beyond helping us decide how to build our deck. Deciding what materials and the size we need. Kelvin did the finishing touches on the order giving us that same great customer service. We will continue our purchases at this store and these two men deserve top pay.

I compared the prices of the ladders at this store. And the other store and found the other store did not have half of the inventory

I purchased new appliances for my kitchen. The Appliance Specialist, Julie Spotts, was very professional, informative, patient and was such a blessing to me that day. She went above and beyond assisting me.

I've had good experiences shopping at this HD location. The associates seem like they are well taken care of. And the store is in good order.

I was promised my refrigerator would be delivered in a week. On the date of the scheduled appointment, they sent a text message advising it would be another week. You can’t get a hold of anybody at the store or at the provided link for their website.

From the friendly welcome to our parting cashier, our floor shopping experience was above and beyond! My husband and I were shopping for replacement floors after a home water issue and were clueless about the floor search. Our flooring rep, Kelvin Hernandez, was an answer to a prayer. He was knowledgeable, attentive, efficient, and beyond kind in facilitating our floor choice and purchase. We had no idea we would leave the store so well taken care of. Great work, Kelvin! Because of you we will be back.

What a nice experience at Home Depot today, the store was clean and in order. I was able to find what I needed and came for and, help from a couple of great employees. More polite staff and cleaner store here at the #2315 store, than most others I have been in.

I had to buy a grinder as a gift and the guy helped me with it and helped me find a Great deal with it

I asked an associate (Preston) that was near check-out if anyone could help me load a somewhat heavy shelving unit in a basket - and he actually went above and beyond to actually load the unit in a cart, stayed with it while I got my my car near the front of the store and then loaded it.... all the while me saying let me help, but he just said 'no no' it's no problem and he'd do it! And the check-out person (Etasia) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and most personable. Great Experience / Visit.

Nobody ever tells you how to save $25 or get a free soda! And when you tell someone, they make it seem like they give the free soda, but still charged for it! So, no something not so important is quite annoying. And my child was the one who mentioned the free soda to the cashier even!!!
