My husband and I were buying materials for a puppet theater for our church. We had decided to use PVC pipe. The sales associate, Judy Baseline, was very helpful and kind. She was knowledgeable about what materials we would need and how they would be used. It was a fun shopping experience. My husband and I appreciated her patience with us as we filled the aisle with a prototype from smaller pieces of pipe. She also understood we were trying to be as economical as possible. Judy recommended sizes and shapes that we would need. She also quickly selected the multiples that were required. Her service may have helped our marriage. We didn't argue over what was needed. I would recommend the store if you know what you are going in for. If have question regarding products or installation I would suggest do own research at others store.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a variety of items and did not know where to look. Two different associates approached us at two different times, asking if they could help us. They both led us personally to the aisles and items that we sought, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful! Great help!

i WENT THERE TO BUY 2 STORM DOORS FOR MY HOME. THE ASSOCIATE THAT TOOK CARE OF MY ORDER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RANDALL STROTHER IN THE DOOR DEPARTMENT.

Was looking for light bulbs. Asked for an associate to help me select, since the products have changed. He was very helpful. Checkout was a breeze.

The kitchen designer for our Lexington Store was more than helpful. She provided visual detail as well as cost savings when and where it was available. I will be sharing my experience with others who are interested in this sort of home remodel project.

The only clutter was the amount of customers in the aisle. I encountered four associates on the sales floor and they were all polite, friendly and helpful. My cashier was fun and actually had a conversation so I was not awkwardly standing there while they ran everything up. I appreciate a store that hires friendly people and trains them well. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone.

I got help in the tools department and the gentlemen was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. The cashier that checked me out was Erin and besides I left she made sure that I had all of the items that I needed. She was very quick in scanning all of my items. I was very happy with the overall kindness of the whole store. I will definitely be coming back.

Store employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. There's a sense of community among the employees. I've been shopping there for more than 10 years and never had a bad experience with any exchanges or returns. Products have consistently high quality.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE OIECE OF PLEXIGLASSS I pircchased could not be ct for me. I WAS TOLD WHAT TOL T OK USE BUT IN THE END, the plexiglass cracked. I figured that theucut wood for people, wh y not plexiglass.

I do not like to shop, but the associate in Appliances who helped me made the whole experience easy. She was knowledgeable about products and quickly understood what type of product I needed. I am very thankful for this experience and will encourage others to seek out her help!

When needing help with blinds 2 associates went above and beyond making sure our needs were not only met but we were happy with the end results. This store has always been above and beyond on customer service in comparison to surrounding competitors which is why I repeatedly come back.

I was pleased to be APPROACHED by an associate who offered overtly to help me. I was amazed at her knowledge of my project needs and that she saved me another trip back by knowing another piece I needed in the plumbing department, saving me grief, and sending me home with the right items for my husband, who had been working on projects all day. Then she knew a lot about tools I picked up on the same trip. Solved my problems, made my trip quicker and saved me another trip. All good stuff! Yay!

I travel more than 30 miles to get to my Home Depot. Sounds like a lot travel but, saves me money and hasle free.
