I went in with an idea of what I wanted, Shayla got me set up with everything I need to redo my floors at home. Shameka has been a help in sorting out the delivery and install. I got a great deal on materials and am pleased with the customer service.

I love placing my order online and picking it up before I get my kids from nearby school. Location is great! Near my home and kids school.

Wanted to thank the guy who helped me to organize my list of 20 blinds. Chris took the time to help me with my list, put in order, pull the blinds and cut them all to a specific size. Take it, that it was late, but Chris really helped me get this task complete. At the end of the night I left with 13 blinds, and ordered the remaining 7, which were delivered the very next day.

This location (lower heights) is really clean, it is consistently stocked well, the employees listen to you and try to help, and the aisles are clear. It's a great location. I've been 5+ times. I'll go back.

I tried to buy long pipe insulation for easy installation but home depot was sold out the day before a freeze and a worker that I asked said they were sold out but never gave me any other alternatives like if they would rather you leave the store to make the job easier , after walking out I went back in so I could at least look around more and I found fiber glass pipe insulation bags of it that the worker could of easily suggested as a alternative

I was there to look at flooring. There were two guys sitting in the flooring area on their phones. They never looked up. They never made eye contact. They had no interest in asking if anyone needed help. As I walked around, there was one man that asked if I needed help but I spoke very poor English unfortunately but a very nice. So of course, I do not have what I need and will have to make another trip.

This is one of the more organized stores

All employees, especially Ms. Charlie, Ms. Yolanda, Me. Darnell and the paint department crew; I encountered were professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I usually have a plethora of questions- they had patience throughout my visit.

I was looking for help on AC filter which was stocked with damaged supplies ; one staff member then decided to that opportunity to offer me a new AC unit instead while another staff member ignored me as I was asking for help with finding stock that was damaged. PATHETIC

HD brags about its vet discounts but doesn't give it for appliances or lumber and many other things that cost over $100.

Last month we purchased a new refrigerator, paid extra for ice maker and installation, delivery and removal of broken fridge. We were NOT told the water connection line we already had would not fit HD specific requirements. Upon delivery, the new ice maker would not be installed and the haul away would not happen. We had to hire a plumber to install the HD required water connection (even though the original one has worked well for 15 years). More installation men returned, but could not install the ice maker. Some screws were missing. They did haul away the old fridge. We are still waiting for the ice maker to be installed.

My wife and I needed to buy some big traps. On the website it showed that product to be available but we ultimately did not find it on the shelves. We asked an associate to help while she was busy but still helped! She had some trouble finding the products herself and asked for help. Ultimately, the product was not found but the manager did his best to help. My wife and I love Home Depot and continue to come back due to the awesome team. Awesome job everyone!

Resent storms and stress levels are art all time high.. When you finally get you hopes up 3 Female Employes were having a Cell phone party...They were sitting at a table In the appliance area. YOUR ON YOUR OWN IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE!!!

Shayla helped me purchase 2 sets of refrigerators, washers and dryers, blinds, and a few other items for my new home. She is an EXCEPTIONAL employee. The only reason I will be returning is because of her help.

I have never had any employee actually be helpful or informative at this location. The knowledge base of the employees is very low.

This store is always clean and well stocked. Employees are always making sure you are ok and guide you if you are lost.

This Home Depot experience was the absolute best experience I’ve had at a home improvement store and Home Depot. We were shopping for some flower pots, which were hard to find but happened to run into Shayla when we stopped just looking over at the patio furniture and she absolutely sold us on a brand new patio set! If you are looking for help, find Shayla! She is super helpful and makes your experience great!

Needed help in paint. Instead was approached by a person looking like an employee who told me they wanted to reward me with a chance to win a gift card. Was a scam! They wanted my information to sell me a water treatment machine. Home Depot used to be a place to go for help, now it's just another sales gimmick. Start treating your customers like you used to and leave the slick marketing to the Austo Warranty companies.
