it is clean and organized

Me and my mom was shopping for cement and we needed a loader and nobody came.

Store was very clean. Managers and staff were very helpful. I would like to see more help in the isles. Staffing lightly or using skeleton crew never saves labor expenses... and it is always noticed by customers. This is the best store in the whole East Bay Area with the most full time knowledgeable employees. I’ll highly recommend it.

The guy that assisted me was awesome all across the board. He had knowledge on everything that I was looking for. He was nice and confident on every aspect of his role as a home depot employee. If I was a an owner of a company, I would do everything in my power to make sure that this guy was happy with his employment. Im sure he deserves a raise every single year, his name is RAUL.

So far the team you got it’s what you can call a place called home feeling very comfortable And ones again Leo and Raymond that’s a real team work good job you guys

I would like to see each isle hav paging system and a common place to check items and know which isle has the items I am looking..

Although the employees in the Lumber department were that I had to deal with were horrible, I had a wonderful experience with Devall and the asst. Manager on duty for the evening. And I thank them for turning that horrible experience around. It is very that those two employees, have gained a bad reputation and still have a job!!

Kaleo at the Millsworks department (doors & windows) was amazing helping us find the front entry door we wanted and even facilitating a delievry date that was best for us!

Great customer service. BJ was extremely helpful, and it was an excellent shopping experience. I highly recommend over OSH and ACE and other hardware stores.

If you come into this store, you had better know exactly what you want and where to find it, which is a major challenge because they move stuff around several times a year. If you don't know where exactly to find your item, make sure you have ample time to search the whole store trying to find it. Many of these employees don't speak english well and it appears they'd rather not deal with anyone who doesn't speak their language. You might get lucky, as I did, and find one of the precious few who care enough to know where things are and can find them for you.

very bad customer service in flooring waited app 20 mins then when wanted to see the mgr he didn't show up to see menot shop here, very bad service

If you're looking to buy appliances, I recommend you speak to Eddie Galli. He is absolutely amazing. We live in Oakland but will continue to purchase at this store from him.

The staff here are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly at the store. As a home owner, I always rely on the staff at home depot to give me recommendations and guidance in fixing my home stuff.

Honesty I go 2 location of home depot store. One is East Palo Altos CA and Union city CA. Honesty East Pal Altos store is more organize and easy to find things I would like to have.

Avoid the short lady with red hair in the morning shift that works in lumber unpleasant customer service

Home Depot is very efficient, convenient, organized, nice and friendly workers, very helpful, clean, good selections on products, a place were you could find everything you need for your projects at the house and garden. A one stop store, no need to go anywhere. I love it‼️You have a question or need some ideas how to fix things, they got answers. Thanks for making my day more easier to accomplished my projects much faster.
