This store is the best. They are bigger, better and have everything in stock that I need. Customer service dept is always great with helping me when I need it. I don’t care if my job is a few towns over I will go here rather than the ones closer to the job.

This store people actually come up to you and ask if you need assistance They are wonderful

I bought a socket recently at Home Depot. All staff were super helpful and I was in and out of the store in a flash. The cashier was very polite in her greeting and thanked me for shopping at the store. It was a small purchase but I felt valued and I could see the customer service training in action.

I thought I was going to be dealing with a wet floor as I step into the Vauxhall/ Union Home Depot Store on Saturday September 23, 2023 because it was raining for a long time. When I got inside the store to get a key copied, the store was clean and dried regardless of the wet boots that were coming in. I do not have a video or photo to add. i only have the memory of the experience to ponder.

Found the materials needed quick and received appropriate guidance from floor representative

If you need keys made, ask for Quentin or Junior. Also, there's a guy named "Dave the Plumber", I believe, who is also incredibly knowledgeable. He wore a cowboy hat and was a huge help a few years back when I had no idea what I was doing in regards to installing a vent hose for a dryer.

This store had an exceptional garden dept. The plants are beautiful and the selection is amazing! I could go to a HD close to my home, but I travel 35 minutes to shop here.

I came to the store to get a few window shades. The employee took an unusual amount of time figuring the size of the cut before proceeding. When I got home the first shade I tried to install turned out too small. When I measured it, it turned out to be 1/4 inch short. I have not yet had a chance to try the rest.

Some people just wasting a time there. Don't know or don't want to help, I'm asking about laminate flooring? Employer saying: "Custom order" But I see 142 package in stock. No comment

I went to purchase a floor for my bedroom and the representative would not even get up from his chair. When paying noone knew how to apply my coupon. I hope the installation goes better than the purchase.

I like the Vauxhall location the best. People are friendly and I always find what I need at the super store. The parking lot is easy to maneuver, and the store is clean and organized.

I bought this charcoal Pet D-Fence Screen a month ago and am so happy that Idid.

We were helped by Jasmine Pierre Paul of the Appliances Department in purchasing an LG Dryer. We are very happy with her support in providing us options and we wound up buying the dryer and took the service guarantee. Thank you Jasmine!

I had a great experience

The employees here work their butts off to help customers. They go above and beyond and are always polite and kind. This store is what other places should hope to achieve.

Frequently throughout any given month we buy construction & finishing materials from this location. We have always found the employees in this location helpful in completing orders however the cashiers have proved to be exceptional. From the contractor checkout, pro desk, regular check out and even in returns they have been patient, professional, organized, approachable. Furthermore, typically a cashiers position is not one of sales. However as one recent experience with Yvette from this Home Depot shows, tactful persistence in offering either a commercial or consumer credit card to the right individual can have good results. While we already have sufficient credit with Home Depot I have no doubt she has been and will be successful in providing this important solution to other customers in the future. Thank you for making our frequent visits to the store positive ones!

Customer service persons were not willing to help and gave customers hard time returning items.

I've been using this store seems like 4ever...the staff is second to zero....love fresh plants..I'm a collector and great source for projects and what I don't know ask any person on the floor they're the Best!

This place is awesome and way bigger than out regular home depot on rt.22 and its only 5 min away from home.
