store clean organize product was easy to fine

VERY GOOD LOCATION. NOT FAR FROM MY HOUSE. THE STAFF IS VERY ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL. THE PRICES CAN BE A BIT PRICEY BUT ALL WORTH IT AT THE END. JUST WISH IF SOMETHING IS NO LONGER IN STOCK THEY WOULD TAKE IT OFF THE FLOOR IF YOU CAN NOT BUY THE DISPLAY. I ALSO WISH THE PRICES FOR REMODELLING WAS A LITTLE LESS. OTHER THAN THAT GREAT STORE.

I worked with Sonjay and she was excellent to work with, not only was she professional but any questions that I had she took time to research to help me in making the best possible selection in purchasing toilets. Sonjay made my task a lot less stressful and she even assisted me in getting my name on the books for measuring exterior doors for my home. Just as close to a perfect example of an associate dealing with a providing customer service. Thanks again Sonjay!

The Gardening dept always has items in stock and employees are very helpful in providing solutions to gardening projects.

Was at the store tonight (again!) but had a really excellent experience w/ the cashier, Winifred, who was super pleasant and also gave me a discount when I asked - amazing! Big props to her and to Home Depot.

Nirquis in the Kitchen department is an absolute asset to your organization. I have never been so impressed by one's willingness to help. She went above and beyond even my high expectations. I cannot thank her enough. Katie in the same department was also very helpful.

The store is neat and items are well arranged accordingly which leads to finding the item(s) with ease. Associates, when available, are always helpful.

I prefer this location over Bloomfield and Hanover!!

Great Evening! The goal for this shopping excursion was very simple. I needed a Christmas poinsettia plant. Once I arrived into the store just beyond the entrance door was a beautiful display of holiday poinsettia plants in various colors and sizes. I didn't have to tour the entire building to locate this holiday item. Also, the heavy duty planter saucer dish was on display next to the plants. This extra item was very convenient. Also, my cashier, Sandra was very pleasant and friendly.

In store associates are always helpful but when I needed help loading my purchases into my car no one was around. I bought a generator and was unable to lift it by myself. I waited for 30 mins for help and no store employee ever helped me. Terrible service !!!

I live within 2 miles of a different Home Depot, but I drive a few miles out of my way to go to this store. I was always able to get help successfully finding what I needed. I did have one semi bad experience with an employee but I can isolate that to that one employee and trip. Using the app also helps to find where an item is located.

I like all the items the store has and the employees are very nice and reliable.

Friendly, helpful staff. Compassionate and let me sit when l became too tired to wait in line because l had walked a lot.

Gigantic store. Should be called "The Home Feet-Go!" They usually have everything you need, but suggest you call ahead with your list so they can put it in one of the self-service lockers they now have in front. Friendly, helpful team there but who can possibly know if the hex wrench is in "aisle 45" or "aisle 276"?

The Vauxhall HomeDepot Store was clean and organized. I received Excellent Customer Service from Natasha at the Pro Services Desk. She was very pleasant during our many conversations and she was patient and courteous with me as I repeatedly tried to locate a high demand item. Always trying her best to help me out. Thanks Natasha!!

Jeffrey, Rose, the cashiers and the greeter at the front door are very nice and professional. However, the rest of the opening staff at this store in the morning will completely mess up your day. I have never been harrassed as much as a have been in this store. I am a daily patron every morning and have never disrespected any staff here, however, I don't like the fact that staff have been threatened by management for helping me when I come into this store multiple times. I have been stalked on Facebook by a management staff member and followed around the store constantly. I spend thousands of dollars a week in this store and will be filing a formal complaint for being treated like some kind of thief. Maybe its because I am a Black male but it makes me feel very uncomfortable in a hostile shopping environment. When I come into the store, management tells the isle associates to take all of the items i'm coming to buy off the shelves including Microban, Lysol, and H.D.X Aerosol Spray.

This Home Depot is my favorite. The associates are always so helpful to me and my husband and I absolutely love the garden area.

If you go to customer service I hope you are are lucky enough to get Ranisha. She gave amazing customer service.

live this store much better then the east hanover nj store

Ms. Ranisha Wilson is one of the most help employees in home Depot. always positive and willing to assist. deserves employee of the month.

Out of 3 Home Depot stores that are available to me, this store is my favorite. The employees are great - very helpful, and the store is well kept. I especially love the gardening area - they have a wide variety of plants to choose from.

The store shelves were empty of wood filler I needed for a project. They also instituted a no return policy if you do not have a receipt without notice. This is a major problem for me. Maybe for you too,

the store is relatively clean; bathroom was opened and clean; associates were helpful and friendly. However, i could not find black mulch. Assistnt was looking with me for it, but unfortunately, i have to go to another store.

People are ususally very friendly. Problem is sometimes to find anybody to help/ask a question. When you find one, is usually helpful to find what i need, or find someone who can help.

This staff is always helpful and the store is clean as usual. You don't have to ask for help when entering the store an associate will immediately ask you do you help. I have gone to other locations and not 1 associate offered me any help.

We are new to the area and this store was one of the first we visited. And then visited again. And again. Although not everything was always in stock, the staff were all super friendly and very helpful. Also the checkout was quick and effortless, even though it looked like the queue was very long.
