I am a frequent Home Depot customer... I do most of the maintenance work in my house myself. The employees are usually friendly... But yesterday, September 5th, around 7:00 pm, the lady who was in the Painting department, I didn't check her name, she was more than friendly, she helped me with everything I needed and it made me feel very good that she gave me her time... Thank you Home Depot, excellent training for your employees.

I bought paint for my 1500 square foot house and painted the inside. Nice ! thanks Home Depot, and painted old furniture green !!! Painted bathroom cabinets white.

A must go to Home Deport branch if you are in the area. They have a large selection of items on hand and a good number of staff on hand to assist you.

Had a very bad associate help me but was very rude and made me feel unwanted like a customer. FABIOLA took care of the situation very kindly and apologized for the bad experience and she is very polite and knows how to treat a customer. JOSE in plumbing is very nice and helped me get my stuff right. Hope coorporate gives a Homer award to Fabiola and Josè. I will return and hope I will never run into that older guy that looks navajo Indian in plumbing again. He should not be around customers if he's mad.

I have been going to this or other Home Depots for 30 years and will continue to do so. Sometimes through the years customer service has been lagging but it is better now.

This store and the crew are awesome, I had a pick up order curbside, Arthur came out and loaded my items in the car, and he was so nice, it was so fast, thank you so much.

Very loud and obnoxious she is very rude everybody else in there there’s a couple other people that are kind of rude to me but other words I deal with a lot of the pain and I don’t like dealing with that girl. She’s very rude. I just don’t remember her name she has brown hair. It’s kind of short short goes to her neck, but there is one polite girl on there. There was another girl she was. She was very polite too but

Long line at the human manned registers. Only 3 of the self-checkout registers were working and scanning and paying by customers took much longer than it would have were they manned. I was in line for more than 5 minutes with only 3 customers ahead of me.

Dont come here to get your wood cut by the employees they did a horrible job and after explaining to the guest services they were unapologetic

The last 18 months, I've been buying most all materials for a home building project. HD team members in every department along with staff at PRO desk have been tremendously helpful combining competence and caring. Can't say enough good things about them. When other nearby HD stores were needed for various items and service was good, the contrast with #0687 Upland store stood out where service is always a step or two above good.

I Definitely like HomeDepot's policy on being able to return purchased items with no hassles.

I paid $79 to have 18 boards delivered to my home. I had to return 8 of them because of damage. 1 was demolished by delivery forklift. I had to return 8 boards in my 10 foot SUV. Not happy

I ordered a window a week ago and I was glad I was served by a young man named Abraham. He discussed what my situation was and went through th options on the window. He gave me a rough opening and a delivery date. Explained everything I need to know about the delivery process. I was very pleased with his service.

Everytime I come in I get my tools and gear quick and help is always available.

I went in about 15 minutes to closing time and the employees were sweet and helpful even though the store was about to close. They didn’t make me feel rushed or like a burden to quickly find what I needed and get out. They were helpful in helping me find a hard to locate item.

My husband and I were shopping in the gardening department . We were approached by an employee named Daniel who was very welcoming, provided excellent customer service and was so helpful in locating the items we needed. He truly made our shopping experience enjoyable and easy !

I had a very disappointing experience at the Ontario store 250 Home Depot. My 82-year-old grandfather and I were purchasing lightbulbs and went to the self-checkout. The SKU on the box wasn't working, and we needed assistance. Unfortunately, the employee who came to help was very rude and unprofessional. She became visibly upset and started addressing my grandfather in an angry and condescending manner, repeatedly calling him "sir" in a sarcastic tone. This made both of us feel extremely uncomfortable. My grandfather should not be treated with such disrespect, especially given his age. This experience has left a negative impression on us, and we will be hesitant to return to this store. I hope Home Depot takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff to ensure better customer service in the future. Her name on the receipt was Tiffany

Iris in the customer service area was extremely helpful with a patio furniture purchase today.

They always seem to know where to direct me. Surprisingly; and this store seems to understand what I need. All of your employees are extremely knowledgeable at the contractual level. I am deeply in your debt and grateful for all the help you of willingly given me with your courtesy. God bless you all and thank you for allowing me the privilege of being your customer.

I bought a washer and dryer from the Mountain Ave, Upland, CA Location. Becky in the appliance department was wonderful in helping me pick up the right washer and dryer to meet my needs.

My wife and I went to South Upland Home Depot today to buy a grage shelving unit, a associate helped us finf wexactly what we needed,helped us loaded on a table top cart and directed us to the cashier line. The cashier named Jordyn help us and treated us with respect and asked us if we found everything we were looking for. Jordyn saw our purchase was a heavy item and called for a lot tech to help load it into our vehicle,Jordyn is the reason we are going to shop at South Upland Home Depot 0687 store from now on.. I bought some bamboo shades to add a little more privacy to my patio. I really enjoy them. They are really affordable at on $19.99.
