Had the pleasure of meeting Annette and rasario, rasario made sure my visit felt like i was family . He helped me load my cart with over 200 pieces of wood then he made me aware if I applied for a Home Depot card that I could save a lot of money sure enough I applied and it did save me money then he helped me load the wood into my truck . The employees there were amazing beyond helpful and Annette was the nicest cashier I have ever met she made sure my exit process was fast and correct and asked how my day was she was beyond nice and made sire I had the best rest of the afternoon . This location was amazing Felt like family was helping me out. Best employees and best location , I’m a forever shopper at this location . Thank you HD

If you return something here, expect a more than 15-minute wait and then some young lady with an attitude and no general knowledge of construction items will help you.

I used this store since in was put U p. Very comfortable in it and customer service has always been outstanding. I practically rebuild my house with products from there. Great place. You can't go wrong.

This afternoon, my wife and I visited Home Depot to pick up an online order. As we strolled through the store, we ended up finding additional items worth $242 that we regularly use around the house. During our exploration, we coincidentally encountered a helpful sales associate named Danny. When we mentioned what we were searching for, he guided us in the right direction with great assistance. As we were leaving, we noticed Danny outside the store, busy rearranging merchandise. Since one of the items, we purchased was quite heavy, he paused his work and kindly offered to help us load it into our vehicle. This act of kindness truly impressed me. The combination of Danny's assistance and the friendly cashier, Annette, has made me eager to return to Home Depot in the future.

when i do shop in the upland HD store, early morning or late nite - dont like crowds. MOSTLY shop online and have delivered.

Jacob Hoover, a Home Depot employee, helped me load 12 bags of river rock into my trunk. He did it cheerfully and the interaction was so impressive that I’ll be changing my business from Loews to Home Depot.

This review is way past due. I've been shopping her for a couple of years and have always had positive experiences. From assistance on many diy projects in many different departments to customer service throughout store.. My last visit was awesome, in plumbing department I was replacing kitchen faucet. found nice faucet but needed new angle valves and adapter and was assisted by two very knowledgeable employees that shortened my time in store as well making job at home much easier than if I had gotten wrong part. I would have had to make multiple trips back. And at check out I couldn't bring my phone app to get military discount barcode but Vicki in self checkout made it all work with a smile Thank you Home Depot. You have a very happy, helpful and friendly crew

The woman working the self check is incredibly rude. Just make sure you know what your doing before you go up there or she'll get you, not sure how we're supposed to know everything about a job we were not trained an or are not getting paid to do

I went in today to buy some hardware tools. I had asked for someone to unlock a product for me to purchase it. I was waiting for the person to unlock the product so I can check out and I was waiting for 30 minutes. I asked another associate to help me and they said they couldn't because it was NOT their department. I felt very angry and frustrated just having to wait there instead of getting the product unlocked so I can just leave and go on with my day. Bad customer service. This store is also a mess. Manager should really hire people that actually want to help the customers out not just stand there and look busy by talking to there friends.

Kudos to the night crew!! They went above and beyond to help me find the items I came in for. It’s wonderful getting VIP treatment when you least expect it but really need it!!

I went to HP to return a kitchen sink faucet sprayer I purchased 3 days prior. I was assisted by Angelica. Angelica was rude, unprofessional, and came across as she was not happy to be there or working at all. She didn't greet me, was VERY curt, and barked out what she had to say during the return process. Her tone and body language were very combative/ confrontational, and I was quite uncomfortable being assisted by her. I was honestly glad that the transaction was over. Once we were done and before I could step away from the counter, she literally yelled over me, "NEXT?" - I felt like I was at a county facility. Honestly, I'll still shop at HD, but I will think about it twice next time. This isn't the first time I've experienced a rude employee at the customer service counter.

The girl went out of her way to accommodate me, even pulling up the star ratings for the item I needed and because the original one wasn't is store as thought..she even discounted it as a favor for the misunderstanding...she was genuinely interested in me and my situation!!! AWESOME

Got a very fair price...however, the wood was damp, and we could NOT use it. We are currently letting it dry out in the sun. We chose not to return it, but instead we went elsewhere to purchase wood, located INSIDE of a store, to avoid buying damp wood again. My central heating unit, has been officially "red tagged" by So. CAL gas co. The firewood is necessary for now.

Very first female cashier at the refund department as soon as you walk in. (5'7 wearing black, 200lbs) was extremely rude with attitude. Not sure what was wrong with her. She should not work at the counter. Please remove her from that station

I came in to buy vertical blinds and I had to return 2 times for this project, both times I had help from Christopher in the vertical blind department and he went above and beyond to help me out! I really appreciate his assistance. Good Job!!!
