Buyer Beware. When the sign says "Bulk Price" it rings up the regular price for each. In my case it said buy 5 or more for $13.47 each. They tried charging me the original $14.97 for each. So unless you pay attention there's a good chance you will get ripped off and not get the Bulk Price.

The employee that helped me on the salesfloor made my shopping experience wonderful. He was so helpful and friendly and helped me find the exact Christmas gift I was looking to purchase.

Discovered leak under kitchen sink and tackled it today with amazing help from Rick in the plumbing dept. Rick took the time to piece together all needed parts. Took out the old pipes and replaced then tested, still a leak... Turned out the disposal housing had a hairline crack so back to Depot. Saw Rick and explained where the project stood, he remembered plumbers putty for me. If I put everything back together and had to take it apart because of putty I would have lost it. Thank you Rick!!!

The managers I dealt we're rude and unknowledgeable. They acted like they didn't want my business. ASM Mike is one of the rudest managers in the store & most incompetent. The Lot attendant would be a better manager.

Nearly always find what I need. Associates are always nice. They are available in case I cannot find something. The store is tidy.

I usually find what I need at Depot. I usually do not need assistance because I go so often I usually know where to find it, The store was clean. The associates are always helpful when I need advice.

The store could not have been more helpful in solving my problem with merchandise I had bought. The service was fast, concise and just what I had hoped for.

Courtney is a very pleasant girl in the store! Every time my husband and I see her she knows exactly where the things are that we need and also gives us great tips on how to do things and good ideas! We love her personality and she is very professional!! She’s an amazing worker!

With many of the stores in our area closing, it is great to still have our Home Depot close by. I love being able to shop at our Home Depot when I need something and the ease of finding it. The store is always clean and neat and associates are always close by if I need assistance.

I would like to give a very well deserved thank you to Ramon Carrasquillo! He was working at the checkout area the past 2 days when I checked out. On both occasions Ramon was very pleasant and helpful. He asked if I needed any assistance for a comfortable distance and with a pleasant voice and I assume a smile behind his mask. He then approached the checkout and assisted me with my military discount and was very pleasant and respectful both in his demeanor and maintaining a comfortable, non-encroaching distance. I usually do not go out of my way to compliment people for doing their job but Ramon impressed me as a respectful young man.

Excellent customer service throughout the store. Would like to see more products made in the USA. Clean store, employees show care for veterans.

Smerlyn Lopez is awesome!! Had a frustrating issue with online order and pick-up but Mr. Lopez was on top of it. Store was very busy, but Mr. Lopez was attentive to my issue at all times even while dealing with other calls. Resolved it without a hiccup. Customer service is everything, so Mr. Lopez deserves a raise!

The service is always good and the advice is always useful. When I bought 12 privacy bushes for my yard four of them died within the year despite my best efforts. I not only got my money back for the dead bushes , but I was given an extra $25 dollars to install new bushes. While it was still an aggravating situation, I appreciated the extra installation money. However, I would like to suggest that the store get a new vendor. It seems to me that if eight can survive, the other four should have as well. Another vendor problem this year has been with the petunias. I bought two hanging baskets a short time ago. This week I had to throw them out since the leaves kept turning yellow and new flowers were not coming out. In the past, I have bought Depot's petunias and they have done very, very well. So I was disappointed this year. I bought petunias from another seller in town and they have done well.

the store is good but you need more personal that know the products and their purpose. If i go to a store to ask a question i don't need some one to tell me the wrong info of send me on a wild goose chase.

I I almost always go to Depot because it has almost everything I need. I find many things with the help of the associates. The associates are always helpful and kind. I repeat..please take the displays out of the aisles as they often hide the shelves and they get in the way when trying to pass with a cart, especially when there are other people in the aisle.

No help showed up to load our trailer with lumber and wire . We waited 30 min in the parking lot and finely loaded it ourselves. My husband had an awful time and so did I. They should be ashamed, take care of the sr. Also !!!!

The general inventory and selection is better than other supply stores.

Garden center employees could not be bothered to look for additional garden fencing when shelf was empty. Only when customer service walked back to department and stood there did associate go to back of store and retrieve fencing. Customer service rep A+. Regular garden department employees F-.
