Just planted these 5 days ago. I’m very happy there blooming already, it doubled since I brought them home.

I'm awaiting fulfillment of an onsite consultation visit for a new securtiy screen door.

When I purchased my dishwasher, the sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly.

This store really took care of me. Would recommend them for sure 👍.

I purchased a washer and dryer several months ago. I was and still am very unhappy with the quality of the product. I tried to return them to upgrade. Home Depot would not accept a return. I’m redoing my kitchen soon. I will buy my appliances elsewhere.

This Home Depot has some great staff members, and have been super helpful for several years now. Very knowledgeable, and if they aren’t they find somebody who is experienced in that particular area.

Your employees did a great job and help me right away. And they had a great attitude. It seems like the Vacaville store always has great employees to take care of the customers. Can't say that about a few other stores I've been at. Always takes so long to get any kind of help. Thank you

my last visit to HD 1043 was as easy as any I've had when visiting a hardware/home store. the store was clean, everything was stocked where it was supposed to be, and lit well enough for my old eyes. the employees I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. and to make my visit even better, every item I needed was in stock. a rarity for a hardware store of this size. of all of the Home Depot stores I have ever visited, this store is the most pleasant in every category. pricing, availability, helpful employees, cleanliness, you name it. yes, I will definitely make this Home Depot store my go to hardware store.

This is a good location and convenient to my house. They used to have very aggressive third-party solar salespeople roaming around but that has been corrected and now all is well.

Everyone at the Home Depot in Vacaville, Should take note on customer service from the lady that wears a mask in the Faux Wood Blinds Dept. Note* The lady with the mask, didn’t walk away when she seen that I had a question. As if she didn’t want to be bothered. She acknowledged my existence. She was Not like the others in different departments. That tend to walk away. (Note* imo… If they don’t want to work, then they should go take a hike). She helped me out with proper measurements and she cut the blinds to a perfect fit. Again, I haven’t received excellent customer service in a while. I believe the lady that wears a mask in the Faux Wood Blinds Dept. Should write the S.O.P on customer service for the Vacaville Home Depot Store,

We have been loyal Home Depot customers for decades, spending millions on various products and services. Although we’ve grown accustomed to your less-than-ideal customer service over the years, we still expect basic courtesy and respect from your staff. Unfortunately, Hillary at your Pro Desk falls short of these expectations. She not only ignored our friendly greetings but also interacted with us in a condescending manner, making us feel unwelcome. We hope you address this matter promptly, as experiences like these detract from the trust we’ve built with your brand over the years.

I came in and bought what I wanted. Used my credit card to purchase, filled out nothing ,yet you emailed me about said trip. That is stalking and I am very unhappy about it. You had no need for my email address to be looked up .

We are happy to take our business here, because the staff are knowledgeable and ver helpful.

Inventory always seems to match what the website says. This isn’t always true for other stores. The location of each product listed on the website is a major help in locating items in the store.

The only thing that I would like to say regarding the debacle that I have just gone through from Home Depot and Timko logistics is…… Thank you to Shawn, the store manager that was patient and understanding and went out of his way to help with having my washing machine picked up! I was heading into HomeDepot to get my monthly water refills and had the best customer service I’ve experienced here. During my check out MANNY (customer rep at self-checkout) was very friendly and helped with a quick check out and even offered to help load my new load of water jugs (3) into my cart. He then suggested I pull my car up and NICO came to help load the water right into my car. I’m 5 months pregnant and was worried about having to carry and load the water but they made my day. They both had smiles and super friendly through it all. They took the time to help me and this kind gesture made my day 100x better! Thank you Manny and Nico!!

Easy to find staff, very willing to help and even walk you to item location

Singh in the paint department was patient, knowledgeable and helpful.

Janice went above and beyond to help me during my home renovation. First she helped me find and order an out of stock flooring - it is wonderful, so thankful she worked hard to help me get what I wanted. Second, she helped me with the ins and outs of window coverings. Her knowledge and experience as well as her ability to navigate the computer system was impressive and set me up for another successful purchase! Thank you Janice!

Shoutout to Deana smoothest forklift operator I’ve seen working in years. Everyone at the store was helpful and kind and didn’t slack off. Job well done!

This Home Depot is likely the best one I’ve ever visited. The manager Allen knows how to do it. The cashiers such as Melanie are always quick and efficient. The inventory is normally very accurate and the store is clean and well staffed. Plus it has the best Gyro truck ever out front called THAVMA!

Tried to return a gift. Informed return clerk that I needed to exchange or receive credit for the gift, instead issued a refund to the person who gave me the gift's CC

Everyone I interacted with today literally took care of me and made me feel special. I needed help with smoke detectors.

Damon taught me all about a brand new well it's brand new to me I've never seen one it's called a gauge connoisseur and Damon is a true connoisseur for teaching me how to use it
