Emilio at the Home Depot walked me through the entire door install process and it was easy. Love the new doors. He answered every question and stayed with it the whole way through. Easy and reasonably priced

First time replacing 2 wall switches, the employee explained the differences between all the switches and I was able to get the correct ones. Monica(cashier) was very friendly and fast.

This store has the worst customer service. It shows how much the store managers and assistant managers value the importance and lack of customer service.

I asked for help in the lumber department, only to be told that the associate was not from that department and no further assistance. The cashier who "helped" me would rather pass his phone to the other associate and carry on his unprofessional conversation than assist me, greet me, or acknowledge me as a customer.

I have been thinking of doing a kitchen remodel, the help I received from Issa was very helpful, never felt any pressure. She made the experience much more pleasant and comfortable

I love the location of this Home Depot with a special traffic signal to turn on from the busy street Balboa to get to the large parking lot. I love the variety and sales. The garden store is kept up and has many different plants. I love the clearance area. It is easy to find things because they are organized well and big aisles so it is easy to see the mechanize. The clerks are helpful but would like to see a few more older clerks with years of expertise. like they had before

I was looking for some carpet for a gym and the staff told me what would be the best for an indoor gym area. They cut me the right size of carpet I needed and loaded it onto my shopping cart. I laid it out and now just need it installed, but its going to look great!

Parking lot felt unsafe

14 days ago I went to look for a washer and dryer, I already had the model I wanted and they soon helped me look for it online and ordered it for me.

The Home Depot checkout experience was unpleasant due to the rude behavior of the employees. Despite being paying customers, we were made to feel like we were stealing because the cashier didn't realize the boxes were sold in bundles. The cashiers were unapologetic, adding insult to injury, and only relented by saying they would "let it slide this time".

Armando helped me when others didnt and I could tell he was already busy but he didn't give me attitude or anything

My experience today at Van Nuys Home depot was amazing. Flanda help me and she was very helpful.

Great experience at this well managed store

My usual experience here is an absolutely filthy trash-strewn parking lot with lots of day laborers loitering about. Which as a woman, does not make me feel safe. Also street vendors in the lot and outside the fences. Nothing has changed over the years, it just gets worse and dirtier. Home Depot is not a good neighbor and I try to avoid shopping here.

The first associate seem rather inexperienced in handling customer service, he didn't come back to reassure or give any news. So I had to seek someone else who just happened to be helping another customer, unfortunately, Michael was seemingly short-handed with the intercom and radio constantly calling him.. I appreciate that Michael in Hardware has good experience and helped me with my issue. He took the time to focus on what's in front of him.

ARMANDO THE CASHIER WAS IN PLUMBING AND A FT OLD MAN EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE TO HIM, HE WAS CUSSING AND MADE US FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE IN THE AISLE, ARMANDO WALKS AROUND THE CORNER AND IMMEDIAYELY DOVE IN HEAD FIRST . HE GAVE ARMANDO THE SAME ATTITUDE AND HE DIDN'T BACK DOWN. HE SAID SOMETHING LIKE " ARE YOU YELLING CUZ I'M A MARINE SIR AND THAT AIN'T YELLING" OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND THE DUDE SETTLES DOWN OR WHATEVER AND ARMANDO ASKED WHAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR AND THEY WALK OFF AFTER LIKE 10 MINUTES . WE WERE ALL GLAD HE DID THAT. I WAS IN LINE AND SAW ARMANDO WITH THE SAME GUY AND RING HIM UP!!!! AND THEN CALLS NEXT CUSTOMER. THANK GOD FOR THAT CASHIER WALKING PAST PLUMBING CUZ I DON'T THINK ANYONE COULD HAVE DONE BETTER. I SEE THE MANAGERS AND THEY SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I SAW THREE EMPLOYEES IGNORE AN CUSTOMER , I REALIZED THEY BRUSHED HER OFF AND LAUGHED ABOUT IT. TURNS OUT SHE WAS MUTE AND THE EMPLOYEES DIDNT WANNA BOTHER WITH HER. ARMANDO FROM PLUMBING WAS WALKING ,SAW IT AND IMMEDIATLEY STARTED USING HIS HANDS TO COMMUNICATE WITH HER ( IT WAS DEFINETLY NOT SIGN LANGUAGE) ARMANDO USED HIS PHONE TO DRAW A PICTURE OR SOMETHING AND THE LADY DREW SOMETHING ON HIS PHONE AND THEY BOTH WALKED OFF. THATS JUST COOL. I LATER WITNESSED HIM LOADING HER CAR. HE NEVER HELPED ME OR EVEN KNEW I EXISTED BUT I THINK HE DESERVES PROPS FOR HANDLING THAT THE WAY HE DID.

the nonsense in your parking lot is worse than ever. It's hard to believe your company continues to let this garbage go on

Armando the forklift driver loaded my pallets smooth as butter and showed up seconds after being paged. He also worked plumbing dept. and he knows aisle number and bay numbers by heart. He was clearly overloaded with customers and he never lost his mannerism ( not like everyone else in that store). He dealt with everyone , myself included like a freakin' pro. and with respect. Super blew my mind . This guy should be the manager of customer servicde skills and teach his rude co workers how to handle business. Thank You Armando for being super fast, super respectful, super knowledgeable, and most importantly treating us with respect and making a Sunday at Home Depot a breeze for a change.
