Monica is the epitome of customer service, she is the best at everything, from helping looking for something to answering questions and even cashing you out at the register. She has great memory and makes it feel like a family store, Her and her associates all help and give you great ideas on the project you are working on. Big Box, but feels like Mom - Pop shop feel customer service

There must be some kind of customer service training push that they are doing in the Home Depot, because l received the friendliest and most helpful service l have ever had in a hardware store. If there isn’t a push, then Carl did a fantastic job in helping me select my product. He even went through boxes and chose one that wasn’t torn. Carl certainly deserves 5 stars( out of 5 stars, of course).

They have the WORST DELIVERY SYSTEM. Never been on schedule. Always change delivery date without notifying customer. Associates are rude and don't care at all.

Carl and Lupe from the floral department were so helpful. It’s great to find someone who knows about plants and flowers. “Thanks Guys”

I was not impressed by this store, or Homedepot in general. For a customer that spent 2K+ on a flooring install. I understand they are a large company, but continously drop the ball. They force you to buy specific products, that have upcharges. If there are issues, which they cannot fix and address they give you false or inaccurate information. If frustrated they just transfer you to feedback or hang up the phone on you. Very disappointed in the service.

PUBLO IN BUILDING MATERIAL WAS GREAT. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME AT 8:30 PM. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY HIS WORKING ETHICS. IT IS NICE TO SEE THAT AN EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT THEIR JOB AND THE COMPANY THEY WORK FOR.

The store consistently has a wide range of parts in clearly identified bins. This has been true for drip irrigation parts, hardware, and PVC fittings. Makes it easy to find what I'm looking for.

This store is always crowded. Rob in lumber was very helpful.

Store is convenient to my location, employees have always been friendly, courteous, and well informed. I have never had any problem with finding merchandise or answers to questions I have. Always received good help and sometimes helpful tips.

Carl was a wonderful helper, we didn't have to do anything! He had a joyful attitude, patience, and politely said thank you. Carl helped me all the way to the car and loaded up my car with no bad attitude.

The flooring department is above and beyond competent and knowledgeable about the stock. We did have problems at first but your staff assisted us to complete our order, thank you, thank you! Omar, Angel, Jose.

I noticed that Home Depot is making the effort of improving their customer service.

This store like many others has its pros and cons, some associates are lazy, rude and just don't like their jobs and it shows, but as a business owner I am always evaluating not only my own but employees in general. 9 times out of 10, it's the lack of, the negative and ones who bring down the overall way I look at that business, but there are the very few that stand out and shine above the rest, the ones with those winner qualities we as owners look for and when we come across would do anything to recruit them and make part of our team, those ones that make a company stand out above all others .this store houses a select few like Rob, in building materials, Hugo and David in tool rentals and Monica and Emilio in pro services

Store is organized. Employees are good but some need to understand how to accommodate the customers.. overall Very good

great store and great people. everything is always in stock and customer service is excellent. material quality is great. what I like the most, Prices are always the best!
