This store always has sufficient knowledgeable staffing to handle checkout. No waiting in long lines. Staff is courteous and willing to help load materials, . All staff seems to know where product is located.

The store is easy to get tl however the employees are not always friendly and helpful. The employees at the Paint desk ard helpful and also in the kitchen design dept.

I have just realized how much I appreciate the friendly and kind and patient employees at Home Depot. That is not just one or a few but everyone that I encounter there. They all are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful whenever possible. As a homeowner and a novice handyman, this is a cross between a toy store and an ongoing education. I can, and do, spend hours roaming the aisles and learning new things. I frequently make the trip across town to get something or sometimes just to wander the store and purchase things that I did not need or even know that I wanted. It truly is MY Home Depot

I found the store to be close to home, and every time I visit for what ever item I may need you always seam to have plenty of stock. There is always plenty of parking and plenty of carts, and there is always someone thats helpful.

We spend about 6 months a year in Vero and I do my share of visiting the big box stores. The Store in Vero Beach does have, only in my opinion, has a stocking problem, meaning I have been in Home depot 5 times in the last 3 days and it seems every thing I wanted the area I needed was blocked off for stocking or whatever, this is frustrating when you just wanted in and out. Can't this be done at night when the store is closed? I do realize that some of this is do to customer needed stock, but really? All in all I think if I had to rate this store as compared to some of the Maine or Massachusetts stores I would have to give it a 5 out of 10.

I visited this store a day after Hurricane Matthew and was delightfully surprised that the shelves were stocked and the cashiers and associates were all very helpful and courteous. After a storm of the such, I could see that the store was overloaded with people and problems, but the associates remained to very helpful.

the lawn and garden employee (john 'g') was outstanding.. there were 3 or 4 other male employees in that general vicinity, however, who did not know the locations of various lighting, lumber and other shopping needs i had...as if they were only acquainted with their work station...shouldn't employees be versed in/have reasonable knowledge of all inventory?...even grocery store employees know better the locations of the many products they sell...this would aid in promoting more ability and versatility among the employee group, when staff call in sick, staff hiring is slow, etc.....

The cashiers and people in this store are usually very helpful and friendly. Occasionally they are a little hard to find. perhaps store directories on the shopping carts or those hotline phones in the aisle would help. love the wifi!

The whole store was clean, well organized and the associates were all very friendly. The appliance sales staff were exceedingly patient and very knowledgeable. Nice Job!!

Store is well laid out, the employees are very friendly and helpful. I very seldom cannot find the item I need. I have used the online ordering and home delivery several times since retiring, it works great and the store employees assisted me when I need to replace a damaged order.
