In the plumbing (bath fixtures) we had 3 employees try to help. The last one actually found what we were looking for! Inventory said it was out of stock, but he found one boxed way up on the shelf! So happy he really looked!

Get some help in this store. The employees are spread too thin and aren't able to give adequate service.

Krista Ragland your Appliance specialist goes above and beyond her job description to take care of the customer and provides excellent customer service she should be rewarded with that whatever she likes more time off more flexible schedule or more pay thank you have a good day

The staff at this location lives up to the term DIY. When you go there you better make sure you know where to find what you need. Most of the time there won't be anyone around who is willing to help you. And if you can find someone to help, you're treated like you shouldn't be there if you don't where to look for stuff. I decided I'll stay away unless I'm with my husband.

An employee at the Vero Beach Home Depot name of Mike is absolutely the finest and most informed home supply store worker I have ever in 45 years of shopping at many many stores. I do not say this from just 1 encounter, Mike has helped me more than 10 times over the last few years with various things I needed at Home Depot. It's a big store but when I see him I know I am getting the best most informed store employee I have ever met. He is a super star.

Tons of beautiful plants in great shape. Look for Louie, he'll help you with anything you need at the store, and he is the most knowledgeable Garden Center employee I've met at ANY of the other Home Depots!

Every question we had was answered by your employees, NIcely!! The final, phenomenal employee we dealt with was Paula S at check out. Paula went out of her way to help us and gave us ideas while chatting as she rang us up. I live in Broward right now BUT I just built a house in Sebastian. I like the VERO Home Depot much better than Browards or Sebastians. the employees are much nicer & 100% more helpful!!! We will be back!

Purchased the wrong size part online and returning it to the Vero store was a breeze

We just moved into a new house, and needed tools and materials to finish several rooms. Home Depot in Vero Beach had EVERYTHING we were looking for + much more. Staff was very friendly and helpful to choose the right tools and materials we needed.

HD must be training its employees well in customer service or I got lucky. Was there 6 time this week and had was very well treated by the employees in every way.

This Home Depot is always clean, organzised, stocked, and the staff is always quick to help and offer assistance.

I work with the benevolence ministry at a church just down the block from this Home Depot. An elderly couple was in need of having their water heater replaced. I introduced myself to Brian, the store manager, told him what I was doing, and asked if I could possible get a discount, so that our ministry dollar could go further. He didn't hesitate to help. Walked with me to the cashier, put in the discount, thanked us for our business, and that if we ever had any issues, to be sure to ask for him. Now that's customer service!

I find this store great. The staff is friendly, and helpful and if one person doesn’t know the answer they find someone who does! I appreciate the consistently nice staff, and have never had any issues with anyone at this store.

Recently I worked with Anne Marie Moran, Kitchen Designer for Home Depot in Vero Beach, and she made the daunting task of designing a new cabinet/desk space in my laundry room to an easy and enjoyable experience. Wish all home renovation could be this easy.

The young woman in the appliance department that sold us the stainless steel dishwasher, was very helpful and showed good customer service.

Was in here today, a customer saw someone working said hey when you have a minute I need help, the employee yelled at the customer he was busy and then when he went down towards the customer he was yelling at the customer as well as a coworker how he doesn't like to be interrupted. Sir you need a different job other than customer service or need to go back to training. Absolutely uncalled for and completely unprofessional. I wanted help but we decided to leave and go elsewhere.

An employee came to my rescue when she saw I was struggling to carry my merchandise. She quickly took it from me and lead me to a cashier who cheerfully checked me out.

Lyndon Jackson the Principal Design Consultant for Home Depot is the best. He explains all that will happen before, during and after the install. The installation went without a hitch. Soon I will be ordering a front door and I will call Lyndon.
