I recently needed some candelabra-base bulbs for a new ceiling light I received from The Home Depot. I was searching for the specific cylindrical style that I needed to complete the "look" of the ceiling light. Home Depot had them for a very reasonable price, so I purchased them. They were exactly what I needed. While there, I picked up some CULL (discounted) lumber and some treated 2 x 6 lumber for a base for a new TUFF Shed I purchased through Home Depot. I managed to get all the lumber needed to construct a base and fill it with crushed stone. My local Home Depot is not only convenient because it is less than three miles away, but it always has everything I need in one complete trip.

I bought a freezer took it home it was damaged. Called and got customer service who disconnected me twice. Third call I got to Asst. manager Jim. Jim refused to help me, kept trying to send me back to customer service. Jim told me he was the manager in charge, the store manager was off this day. Jim lacks the ability to show he can be a leader in others absence. Jim still hasn’t called me back with a resolution and it’s been 10 days. Can anyone at Home Depot help out a customer in need????

SIGNAGE FOR ITEMS ON SALE WERE EXPIRED AND DID NOT APPLY AFTER A CERTAIN DATE. ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE AT THE HELP DESK AND SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BECAUSE "WE ARE BUSY!"

After someone stole my already paid for 12 foot skeleton that was put to the side for us to pick up they did everything they could to not only get me a new one but to throw in a very nice discount on top of it. It was much more than expected and I truly appreciate it.

There was no plumber to talk to and the "sure of herself" employee didn't know what she was talking about. The electrical guy was good. Long wait to checkout because self checkout was down and they don't have cashiers any more. They were out of the applicance cord I needed. Overall a bad experience

when I came to pick up my order there where a bunch of carts blocking the locker I had to get to, to get my order. Not really happy about that there should not be carts in front of the lockers.

Aisle and shelf's very ... dusty and dirty. Need much better cleaning and air handling system

As I was told no one knows anything they only work there no help at all from whole staff. They ordered a wrench told me when would be there at noon Friday for pickup wasted time there then told another 5days wasted time and gas and again the same don’t know anything they only work there

Website shows products in stock and plenty of them but don't expect them to be on the shelves. You will have to ask an employee to get the pallet down from the top of the rack. Store is very dirty and aisles are cluttered with debris and displays which make it difficult to navigate with a cart.

The store is pretty good but it needs to be cleaned up a bit. There is one isle in the garden center the has no working lights and has been that way for years. If I was the manager I would be ashamed to work in a store like this.

I grew up in Vineland, NJ, and remember making trips to this location for well over 20 years with my father. Since then, I have visited Home Depot locations located in the Camden County location. Needing a tool last-minute, I decided to take a ride down memory lane at the same time, and boy, was it a memory I will always remember. I knew what I needed (a power tool) and walked to the isle. Walking about the section for more than 5 minutes, I walk over to the isle beside where the power tools are, which happens to be Plumbing. Here is where I met Ty (the spelling may likely be off). Tall and sleepy, I asked Ty if he could help me with a purchase for a tool that was locked. He told me that it I could find help in that area. I told him that my brother-in-law and I have walked for five minutes and didn’t see anyone. He then says, ‘If there’s no one there, you’ll have to come by another day, like tomorrow, to buy it.’ I asked ‘So, even though you guys are open, I’m not able to buy an item because there’s not anyone there, even though I’m speaking to you? There isn’t someone you can page?’ He looks around like I’m bothering him and proceeds to walk and speak to another employee (short, orange hair). As it would be, this employee was taking Ty’s place in plumbing and he asked him about my situation. This is when THAT employee was able to walk over and help me. This employee shows Ty the 4-digit code for the lock and says ‘Remember this. It’s only 4 numbers. Your phone has 4 numbers to unlock. Just like that.’ Ty responds, ‘Yeah, I’m not gonna be able to remember that, man.’ I was dumbfound. I half-heartedly finished the purchase, while still debating returning the product and buying it on eBay if it means helping lazy employees retain a job for a place I cherish. Sadly, extremely disappointing experience.

I was buying 5 bags and cashier told me if I bought 6, I would get $5 off.

Employees needs more customer service training. So they can treat people better

Got a washer machine and the employee didn't told me I had to buy the water hose separately. When I got the delivery I had to make another trip to buy it. They should tell you the machine DOESN'T come with the water hose.

I am from a different state and I needed certain things that 3 of my Home Depots in PA didn't carry. I found all that I needed here at the Vineland location!

Special order over phone fast & convenient

Associates are rude. Not enough help on the sales floors. No help at all to load vehicle.

I had great customer service during this trip. I was able to get the help I needed from a knowledgeable associate.

Purchased a propane exchange and a new 20lb propane bottle. Took 40 minutes for an associate to come out and unlock the propane cabinet. SHAMEFUL and NOT acceptable

Ordered a breaker at customer service, informed it would be here 3 days later. After attempting to pick part up I was informed that it was ordered wrong and would be an additional 7 days till part is here
