CHECK OUT PERSONS ARE VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL. SOME OF CUSTOMER SERVICE (RETURN) SIDE OF PERSON CAN BE NICER. I HAD LITTLE DISSATISFACTION WHEN I HAD RETURN ITEMS AND ORDER ON-LINE ITEMS. THE LADY THAT I HAD WASN'T UP TO THE SPEED HOW TO ORDER THINGS IN TIMELY MANNER. IT WAS ANNOYING. IF I GET SAME LADY WITH SAME PROBLEM NEXT TIME I WILL COMPLAINT IT. OTHER THAN THAT THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND NICE TO DEAL WITH.

I had stopped going to Home Depot, but my trip on 11/19/17 and experience I had with the employee Diane M (dxm4007) has changed my opinion of Home Depot and I will now return to this store. I used to think they only catered to Contractors, but Diane understood true Customer Service and went out of her way to make me feel like a valued customer.

This home depot really understands what customer service is all about thanks again guys

The store was neat and tidy. The associate was very friendly and willing to help. I also was very pleased with the cashier service. There was a customer a head of us and was a little slow and she was very patient with him and Apologized to us for him taking so long, I smile and said it’s ok. Over all I had a pleasant experience in homedepot.

Helpful staff assisted me in locating inusaltion equipment. Helpful staff always makes shopping a pleasure. Plenty of needed items always in stock. I look forward to my next trip to the Middletown Home Depot location.
