Generally speaking, the Middletown, NY Home Depot has most of the home maintenance related items that I'm looking for. However, sometimes, everyday items are not available in the Middletown store but are available in the Harriman, NY store (which is significantly further away).

Had several pieces of wood cut for me. Brian and Vlad were exceptionally helpful and never made me feel that I was inconveniencing them.

Good service and pleasant staff always make a visit pleasant

TANYA IN THE BLINDS DEPARTMENT PROVIDED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE SPEND A GREAT DEAL OF TIME WITH US AND REALLY KNEW HER STUFF. SHE WAS ABLE TO GIVE US HER ATTENTION WHILE ASSISTING COWORKERS WHO WERE TRAINING.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill while being a first time drill shopper. I know nothing about drills but Bill took his time to show me how to use a drill and gave me all the tools I would need. Only reason I didn’t buy the drill was because of an unpleasant experience at self checkout that had nothing to do with Bill. Only reason I’m giving a good review is because of Bill. Thank you Bill for your help and advice on how to use a drill for the first time.

I purchased multiple items for different customers and one of the cashiers helped me sort them all out before checking out. It was a tough day and I really appreciated the help....

The cashier at the customer service lacked good customer service & shouldn't be allowed near any customers. She doesn't pay attention to what to what is going on around her and when it is brought to her attention by a manager, she disregarded what was said to her. I realize all industries are looking to hire staff, but if someone isn't doing their job, they should be terminated.

We order doors for our new home and are greatly satisfied with their help in finding the doors that fit our house!!

Today I set out to organize my attic so I went into the store to get 5 storage bin in a specific quart size. I had looked online for a while and decided on a size that my local Home Depot had. I went in and saw that the one I wanted were high up so I came across Michael and ask if he would help he immediately responded “yes” and went up high in the ladder to get the one I wanted. When it was time to search for the lid we search and searched and couldn’t find them. I was so disappointed because I had a plan and couldn’t do it. He saw I was going to get a bin larger than the one we were looking for and he said I can give you 4 in that larger size and mark it down. I couldn’t believe it, I was going to be able to do my project today. He helped me unload and load then, walked me to the register and was so helpful. Thank you for making today a great Sunday man. Will definitely be back.

We went here last week to purchase a patio door. The person assisting us was Susan. She was so helpful. We went home with the information to think about it. We called a few days later and asked her more questions. She was very helpful again. We decided to purchase the door here based on our experience with her. After the measurements, we called her again and she emailed us the quote. We went in to finalize everything and she stayed late on her shift to help us. This type of customer service is rare and was very appreciated.

Great store and usually can find what I am looking for. Will ask an Associate if needed.

The customer service for will call and returns is horrific. They are nasty and treat you like you are bothering them. The customer service manager Kristina does not belong in a management position. She is very rude and not helpful at all. The rest of the employees were fine. It is a shame she makes the whole store look bad.

No help in Lumber when 4 guys were working the aisle. I asked for help and the worker refused but played on his personal cell. My fiance and I got hurt carrying heavy 4’x8’x3/4” subflooring and large pieces of wood from upper shelf!!! ! We called over Manager on Duty, Regine, who did nothing. She called ONE guy to help and he just stood watching my fiance!? No carts in the store all cart carousels are filled to brim! No help out to car. Useless. Pictures sent to Execs. Will be posting on Social. Horrible! You’re going to kill someone by having these kids who don’t know what they are doing in the lumber section! Why are folks not wearing vests?! Didn’t know there were FOUR GUYS until Regine pointed them out because no one is wearing Home Depot clothing!!! Spiderman shirts!!

The store has great products, clean store and great employees. I shop here at the Middletown location. Always have.

This store seemed to me very well run and a nice place to shop.

I found the product, but the appliance specialist ( what's on his business card, not what I would call him) was slow and somewhat rude. If you go to buy appliances, stay away from Michael Clarizio

Worker are kind and courteous and helpful

IAN in flooring was very knowledgeable and able to answer so many questions on vinyl and wood products! He was able to quickly schedule us for measuring too! Hats off to IAN! Look him up when you are looking for flooring.
