David in the paint department made another quart of paint for me after I ordered the wrong kind originally. I really appreciate his help in the matter.

The first Associate sent me in the wrong direction and to the wrong location of the store. A second Associate got me going the right way. Only the actions of the third Associate saved a sale as I had had enough. To all Associates: if you don't know say so and find another knowledgeable Associate to assist the customer. Don't sent a potential customer in the wrong direction just to get her/him to move on.

They really care about their customers. Great customer service!

Went to Home Depot to buy a grill and look at some stuff for outdoor summer ideas. While picking out a grill , my boyfriend and I were able to find what we needed and asked associates if we could not. We decided to use self check out and ended up having a hard time. Amanda the self checkout helper person was a great help and also very pleasant and kind.

Alka has a great personality, it was a pleasure to check out with her!

The Watertown Home Depot is always a go to place whenever I have a home project to complete. They always have what I need!!!

Rude cashier. Tried to buy ~$1000 products. Got all that i wanted and was bringing to register. Cashier was very rude. Looks like he did not have time for me... I left purchases and left the store. Buying all these stuff now from competitor.

The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with what could have been a negative experience. I'd purchased a patio umbrella last year which basically fell apart as clips had disconnected. I was unable to reconnect them on my own. While in the store, I described the situation to a sales associate who recommended that I bring the product in and thought someone could look at it and possibly repair it. I really wanted to keep the product since I bought matching cushions to match the umbrella and the store no longer had the same product. I returned with the umbrella and an Associate recommended that I go to Customer Service and try to get a credit for an equivalent product. At Returns, I was told this wasn't possible. I explained that all I wanted was to get it fixed. India in Returns called Diane, the Head Cashier and I explained the whole situation telling Diane that I wasn't looking for anything more than to get the umbrella back into usable condition. Diane went to Paul, the ASM, who then paged Joel in Garden and had Joel look over the umbrella. He said he could definitely fix it and I left it there overnight and picked it up the next day and it is now in perfect usable condition. I couldn't be happier and each and everyone of these individuals were so accommodating and polite. What a wonderful experience this was. I'm very impressed and would recommend this store to anyone.

Once I found someone to help me, it was great. Until I had to get a cart, and returned to find 8 other people waiting for help from one man. He needed backup and did not get it. I found it very hard to find help, but once I did, A++++ for the Lumber man. He helped me figure out what I needed, and then cut it for me, even finding a return on a sturdy piece that cost me a lot less than it would have brand new. It is just that there are far fewer associates than are needed, at least in the departments like lumber or paint etc. where you need cutting or mixing.

the store was clean the associates were very helpful, the only issue i had is that my order was not ready for pick up when i got to the store, but they were very helpful and retrieved my items right away

Shawn Rogers in customer service is a joy to deal with--helpful, knowledgeable, and goes way out of his way to make shopping at Home Depot quick and easy. I hadn't planned to buy anything at Home Depot but he made it quick and easy...I'll be back!

I had to wait in line at return pick up booth but the associate was very friendly and apologetic and gave me a candy bar because I had to wait.

This store is amazing. They stock most of my items I am in need of. If iterms not in stock, they order items immediately and follow up on all orders. Prodesk person Mirza got excellent management skills. He processes all of my orders accurately and deliver my items timely. The management staff, customer service staff, electrical dept. staff, and delivery staff all do great job. With so many purchase transcations, I never had any complaints. Excellent communication skills by the staff. Store is neat and clean. Prodesk person Mirza does an excellent job in keeping track of transcations, and follow up on any pending items.

I was shopping for a new Samsung refrigerator for my future home in Marlboro. Michael Hayes, Appliance Specialist, was very friendly and helpful. I asked him about the type of refrigerator I was looking for, he found me some great discounts, set up delivery and recommended I get a 5 year service plan for my new refrigerator as well which I did purchase for peace of mind. Thank you, Mike, for your help. I'll be back to see you for some more appliances once I move in to the new house!

The Watertown Home Depot is one of my favorite store locations. Associates are always friendly and helpful. It's clean, well stocked and well managed.

ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND PATIENT. WILL LEAD ME TO WHERE/ WHAT EXACTLY I WANT.

My visit was on a Sunday afternoon, and it was pretty busy. Nevertheless, people seemed engaged and satisfied with their projects, going about finding their stuff. Associates were busy, but they were not curt or impatient. Unusual item use: One of the items I purchased was a locking clamp to pinch arm skin in a fold, so I can do subcutaneous injections of insulin in the arm. The clamp acts as a "helping hand" because I can't pinch the skin and do the injection at the same time with one arm, and the hand on the arm with the clamp on it can't be used. Home Depot had a good selection of hand clamps, and had just the type I needed for this purpose.
