i went in with a fairly mundane list of items, but when i could not locate one of there, there were no employees available to help. i asked 5 different people wearing HD aprons, and each said they could not help me locate the lumber i needed. i ended up wasting almost an hour asking for (and not receiving) assistance. I was reminded, yet again, why i try to avoid this store at all costs!

I was pleasantly surprised at the helpfulness of the different people I asked for help. I was especially grateful for the help of the cashier who went beyond the call of duty to assist me.

I have been renovating my house and The Home Depot has been my saving grace in this complicated project. I always find what I am looking for and returns are very easy in case what I got didn't work out.

Absolutely horrible customer "service" Things are not labeled so they are easy to find. BILLION dollar company does not have contact payments and then when you pay in cash and return it they take 25% off. Never mind the time and gas I spent going back and forth 3 times in 3 hours that they were open because things were not in the right bin. When it's obviously their fault, they should be paying me for my time and gas, not cheating me out of more time and money.

Before you buy kitchen cabinets from this store think twice. I'm 66 years old and have done quite a few projects including building an entire house board by board. It should not be this hard. This has been the worst purchase experience of my life trying to finish a small kitchen in a rental unit. If you do buy cabinets don't rip out the old ones until you've fully inspected what you've received. I made the assumption that a perfectly good looking box contained a perfect cabinet. doesn't work that way when the cabinets cabinets aren't good quality. Replacements took forever leaving me with no kitchen for months. I didn't think I needed to double check the to see if the refrigerator would actually open in the space as allowed. Wrong move! I used their pros to measure but it didn't matter, the cabinets were designed/made to cover an exhaust fan which then had to be relocated. Too bad says HD, you didn't use our installer so its void! Are you kidding me! HD's installer was 2K more than someone I know and trust and if that were the case then tell me upfront. 30 emails... constant chasing. One delivery promised after another, all no shows and I'm told the damaged cabinet is at the store today in "very good" condition. I can't wait to see it!

The associate, Mark, who checked me out, was very efficient and courteous.

Store is neat, clean, staff are EVERYWHERE, pickup locations are conveniently located. Parking lot is huge. Absolutely no complaints.

The Watertown store is well stocked and well staffed. The associates are friendly and helpful. This store always has what I need so it's not a wasted trip. Prices are fair and checkout is always quick and easy. This store works for me!

Its a pretty nice store not happy with the return process. Waited in line forever seems like nobody wants to work. On more than one visit noticed a group of females off to the side speaking and laughing in spanish when there was a line. I thought customer service is about dealing with the customers. This was not the case. But thank you to Linda at the service desk. She was very kind and pleasant and apologized for the wait which probably would not have been so long if everyone was working!!

I like this store, I feel comfortable there and I knew the best cashier ever there, it is Barbara, she is the best and help me always.

This is a good store

Friendly, knowledgeable employees, that know our time is valuable. Always prepared to help in any way possible and do their best to get us through checkout quickly. Also like to take advantage of the many specials (impulse items) while in the store. They are hidden everywhere.

The manager/ Coach Dibbs @ the return counter is a miserable person. She makes returning things more difficult than they need to be with her attitude

The store was clean and easy to shop in. The associates in Customer Service where friendly and efficient.

A great store to visit if you need any household related stuff. Convenient and fully of supplies.

Very nice place to shop

I was racially profiled by an employee. Not only did she ignore giving my husband and I 6 feet just so she can make sure we can scanned all 4 of our items, she ignored my response when I said we don’t need any help. Not coming back here.

This is a great big store with everything you need for your home improvements but its not facing the main street that it is on. Its facing the inner court. Its across the Street from Target at the Watertown Mall at Arsenal and Elm St.

Employee (Nathan) in kitchen dept patiently answered all of my (and wife’s on FaceTime) questions, even though we were high strung and didn’t deserve it. I can’t imagine a better store culture that led to someone being this professional and genuinely warm.
