Always willing to lend a helping hand with ideas or putting products in my car .. particularly love the check out girl in the garden department always so sweet and happy great help in that department also … love our Wattsonville Honey Depot!!

I have gone to HD a few times looking for 3/8" or 1/2" fork connectors but all I find are small sizes which are too small for most AGM or lead/acid battery terminals. I also have been stymied several times looking for Luan board, good quality 3/4"- 1" garden hose. I have also stopped looking for quality hose reels, the plastic offerings don't last outside. Who wants to take their hoses inside? Basically, the store has some good points and I guess that is why I go back.

If I had seen the refrigerator in person at either Watsonville or Soquel I never would have purchased it. It does NOT meet my needs. It didn't help matters that the delivery person put a ding in the front of the fridge door, but that's a minor matter compared to my overall unhappiness.

I was tasked with getting nuts and bolts in a specific size and thread number, galvanized. Along came employee Eric and he was delightfully helpful. He offered to assemble the nut/washer/bolt so that each bolt had the right associated washer/bolt and made it easier to check out. I had asked for 12 each, as he handed me the 12, he said, "do you want two more sets, just in case?" Yes, absolutely a great idea. Bravo Eric, great friendly attitude and a good salesman spirit.

I’ve been a customer of your store since it’s opened sometimes I’m in there twice a day. I’m a general building contractor who lies on a lot of materials that you sell. I do notice that checkout times are ridiculous. Also, I noticed that most all the younger employees are not very helpful. They are often seen visiting with other employees or on their phones. You really need to concentrate on your older mature employees they seem to be the backbone of thr store. Younger employees do not have work ethics.

Employees at this store need customer service training. A lot of the employees are not helpful at all. Lately the store is an obstacle course with a lot merchandise in main walkway and aisles, making it hard to maneuver and in many places not able to fit carts. Many customers are dodging each other. Many sections such for example loose screw drawers are a mess which makes it hard to find what I need.

Aisles are so crowded with seasonal c__p and displays that it's impossible to get by with a large item. Inventory, especially in plumbing, is so jumbled that you can't reach into a bin and assume that you got the right item - I'd guess 25% of the bins have stuff from the next bin in them. Packages with multiple items are very often pilfered, have to sort through to get a single intact package. I only shop here if the real lumber/building center is closed.

Watsonville is a basic Home depot; the stocking is run-o-the-mill and not imaginative or elaborate. I often have to travel 20 miles away, to the Gilroy location, for a better selection than what the limited stock at Watsonville can offer.

Sure, it's a warehouse full of stuff, good luck trying to find the items you seek going in cold. I've noted that what few employees there are on the floor, stick together and prefer to only speak with each other. It's happened often enough that I've noticed. A few of the cashiers are pretty nice, it's not their fault the HD shopping experience is poor.

It’s my go to store before I hit the commute to work.

Went in to get a few things for a project and came out with everything I needed.

I had my list with Aisle and bay # for the Watsonville store per the website and I found everything where they said it would be. Love that. Then I checked out through the garden area and my checkout clerk was beyond amazing. I’d have to say it was the best customer service I’ve had in years! She was personable and efficient and I had two carts full. My receipt says her name is Aaliyah. Bravo Aaliyah! Great store!

I have shopped at other Home Depots but the store on Green Valley in Watsonville has experienced staff who have excellent customer relation skills, always greeting me when I go there and always coming to me to ask if I need help. Other store I have to go looking for them and they are not always easy to find. The products are pretty much the same at all the stores but it is the quality caring staff at the Watsonville Home Depot that keeps me going back again and again. thank you!

I have been helped in Kitchen and Bath by Rafael, and in customer service by Genesis. Both of these employees were very helpful, patient and competent.

I drive the extra 13 miles from my home because I know my questions will be answered,the store is well stocked and I feel valued.

I love this store, the salespeople are always friendly and the flowers are always beautiful.

I ordered tile online to be installed by Home Depot. I was underwhelmed by the customer service from Daniela in the flooring department. She was never at her phone snd did not seem to know much. The person who came out to take measurements said they would replace the quarter round trim but it was not included in the order. I called the store to see about adding it so it could be here while the installer was still here but they couldn't understand how to do that or even what the quarter round was. Also I had to get an asbestos test but they were not helpful about telling how to do that or referring me to a service although I discovered you can do it yourself with a kit Home Depot sells. I also had to keep calling HD and the installer to get everything sent and scheduled. It took 3 months from my order date. Not impressed.

I'm really happy with the service how attentive the employees were and everybody was smiling and a thankful they were and everything he was just great excellent

I need some heavy items retrieved and loaded into my to my truck. The Home Depot employees responded quickly to my request. The service provided was quick, helpful, and friendly. My experience was MUCH better than I expected. My special thanks to Service Associate Cesar who provided personal assistance.

Shopping at Home Depot is an exercise in frustration.

Clean store and always friendly employees

We went to buy a washer/dryer. It took us about 1 hour to get someone to help us despite 4 intercom announcements! Out of all the employees that we approached, only one guy stuck with getting us the help we needed: someone from the appliances department.

We usually go to a nearby Home Depot, but after shopping at the Watsonville location this past week, we will be driving the extra few miles for any further needs. Store was super clean, and attendants went above and beyond in helping us out with our needs.

I signed up online to activate my military discount. So much easier imputing my mobile number. No more pulling out my military card at the register and showing the associate and the associate scanning their in-house card.
