Came in looking for some wood for my truck restoration project to make a bed. I got some of the wood today on this trip. I look forward to completing my project so I can drive it around the world on a foster care and adoption awareness campaign. Hoping to complete everything soon as I can, but my budget only is allowing me to do a few things at a time.

Store Associate Ann was very helpful and nice to deal with.

I am restoring a 1994 toyota pickup that I plan to drive on a round the world safari/road drive for adoption and foster care awareness. The customer service I got from this store so far has been great.

This store is really organized. easy to find anything

I was recently at Home Depot in Wausau, Wisconsin on two different days. Both times I was treated very well by the staff. They were most helpful and friendly, taking time to answer any and all of my questions. I feel that the staff went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me. Customer Service is EXCELLENT and I will certainly shop here in the future. I do not live in Wausau, and have to drive approximately 45 minutes to get there. It is certainly worth the drive. THANK YOU to all who assisted me, especially Bill in the window treatment department. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and fun!

Went in looking for certain power tools and the selection was great. Needed some assistance in looking for a specialized hand tool and an associate was able to help me right away. I'd go back again.

Store personnel were pleasant and willing to assist. Specialty tools are a little hard to find, but this is true of any Home Depot, not specific to the Wausau store.

The associate went above and beyond helping me with my flooring choice. I am forever grateful for the time and consideration that she took to help me. I could only wish that there was one of this associate at every store that I shopped at. Thank you for what began a very stressful time and turning it into something rather enjoyable!

We were very disappointed with the fact that ALL washing machines had to be special ordered on the day that we were at this store. Don't know if this is usually the case or not but it was very annoying. We offered to take the display model, as it is quite a ways to go to get to a Home Depot for us, but that was not allowed. We were told it would be about 10 days for the washer to get there. Then another trip to pick it up. If this is always the case, it shouldn't be! The sales associate tried to be helpful and was very nice, but he had no options to help us. We did still purchase it but seriously thought about going elsewhere to make our purchase. Menards had the same machine and it was probably "in stock", although we didn't take the time to go and check there to see if they had it in stock.

The Store was very clean. Items were in proper isles marked appropriately.

Customer service is better here than Menards. Will shop here more

NICE LAYOUT IN FLOOR COVERING/CARPET. VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEES. NICE SELECTION IN APPLIANCES. LED BULBS GREAT VALUE. GOOD VALUE ON COMBOS. PERFER THIS CHAIN OVER THE COMPETITION.

Jeff greeted me as soon as I walked into the building supply area and started to help me locate what I needed to get to build a base for a recently purchased shed. He admitted to not being knowledgeable in the building area but quickly located Chris L to assist in locating and cutting the materials I needed. While Chris was working on cutting some materials Jeff enlisted Aladin to help with hardware materials I needed to put the base together. Nice teamwork throughout the whole process. I have worked in retail for over 30 years and this experience was easy and stress free.

asked for cactus dirt had a hard time seeing it... as long as the cactus was a new product and bright and colorful for all to want to buy...bags should be set by the cactus... I think some people don't realize there is a special soil for cactus. forgot you don't carry curtains and rods

The store was neat, clean, and employees were helpful.

My last two trips to Home Depot were to purchase flowers. The selection is outstanding, the prices are reasonable, and help is always close by. An associate even looked up a particular flower that I was looking for on her mobile phone. If you want flowers for your yard, Home Depot is the place to go!

I received the greatest customer service from the associates in the store. The associates were very helpful and assisted me with all of my needs. It was a pleasure shopping at the Home Depot !

The store is laid out so everything is easy to find.

Went to Lawn and Garden outdoor area to purchase new flowering bush for wife's birthday. Brought son and daughter. Good selection and price ranges. Found perfect plant and also purchased garden soil. Checkout was fast and easy. Planted bush near front door and wife was surprised and and very happy.

Went to our local home depot to purchases motion detection lighting for our home. The associate was helpful with showing us the differences in the fixtures. Showed us where the LED light bulbs were and explained those to us as well. Also helped with our checkout.

HD Memorial Day flyer advertised saving either 10% or 24 months free financing on all flooring if you used your HD credit card. Flooring associate confirmed this before I loaded my cart with 300 lbs of flooring! Cashier refused to honor the flyer, got Chris (the assistant weekend manager trainee) and said it was only for new CC applications, even though the small print didn't mention this. Will be canceling this worthless card as it has no discounts or rebates and you can get a thousand other cards that pay you for using it!

Store employees are generally more friendly, helpful, and knowledgable than Menards.
