I just have to give credit where credit is due and send a Thank You to your employee Steven at the Wausau WI store. Everytime I've needed boards cut he's been willing to help and picks the best boards, measures, cuts and is so helpful. I've never felt like I'm taking up his time, he's always happy to help. He's even stayed a bit late to make sure my project had the right boards, and always says "Thank you for letting Home Depot be a part of your project's success." That is truly outstanding customer service. I've managed teams, and I wish all my employees could be this helpful, kind and a shining example of truly outstanding and accommodating customer service. So Steven, Thank YOU for making my choice to get lumber and supplies from Home Depot my go-to store. There are other options, but I choose to shop here.

Rochelle was my cashier. She went out of her way to invite me to her checkout lane. She was polite and cheerful. She explained the Home Depot credit card offer to me, and when I declined she was not pushy. I appreciate her professionalism and respecting my decision to decline the card.

Roxana was a great cashier, conscientious that it's Veterans Day and recognized me for being one by alerting me to a discount for my services. Appreciated that.

I do hobby projects, and my husband isn’t always available to cut down my wood projects. I was pleased to find out that there is no charge for 6 or less cuts on a board. Micheal (helped cut my board) even pointed out the pricing difference on the boards and helped me find something more suitable. Rochelle my cashier, while she was direct, she was still so informative + helpful for the questions I had. She even admitted she didn’t give her best customer service at that moment, but she was still amazing. Anyone who works in customer service these days should be taken care of well. Micheal (wood cutter) + Rochelle (cashier) each both presented a great ability to help the customer and make them feel welcome and not stupid. Please give them both high remarks because they earned it!

All employees were easy to find and helpful and knowledgeable.

There was not what i needed but people where very friendley, cashier Rochele...explaned me about the extra's for discounts and more...she is a keeper.

Victor was a huge help and made my shopping experience enjoyable.

Customer service here was above and beyond anything I had expected they were friendly ,knowledgeable and and attentive to what my needs. One customer service even went and got me a cart. That was very very nice. I can't say enough about the customer service here from the time I entered the door to the time I left people were very very friendly and attentive to me and I appreciate that

If you are looking to buy a storm door, Pete is the associate to deal with at Home Depot. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. I came in undecided and had looked many places online/instore. I walked out with my Andersen 3000 storm door knowing much more than when I came in thanks to Pete. Hope epot has an excellent selection for storm doors!

Thomas Roberts provides excellent customer service and advice. Highly recommended

No customer service. Did not follow through when Bali could not process a $1600 window treatment order. Customer had to do all the investigating, from search down the status of the order, to what needed to be corrected.

John Quimby was extremely helpful! A lot of times when I go into a home improvement store, the workers look at me like ‘oh no, a female who knows nothing walking in to ask a million questions’.. He was amazing! Answered my questions, gave me some ‘pro-tips’ stayed with me through the self check out, and even helped me load my large item into my vehicle. He was wonderful, and I’ll certainly be back!

Great Service! Had a special order issue & the Julie from the Management Staff, worked most of a busy Saturday, to resolve my issue! Even called me personally to share the answer to my question. Each time I shop at this store, I feel valued as a customer and they show great appreciation to veterans! Great job by all employees!!

The employees of Home Depot are far above Menard's for helpfulness, friendliness and product knowledge. They have been extremely understanding and accomodating during this time of restrictions.

Paint Department - Excellent service. Behr paint products are rated very high among leading review organizations. But, in addition to great products I consistently receive excellent service from the associates in the Paint Department. They are very knowledgeable and offer helpful advice and tips.

Purchased a John Deere riding lawn mower. Associates at the service deck were very helpful and fast...smiles all around.
