Very poorly staffed on a busy weekend. We waited 45 minutes for help in the flooring department after picking our tile in five minutes. There was another customer that had waited an hour in the garden center and an employee commented, “if they want it bad enough, they’ll wait.” We needed several items for a remodel but we were utterly exhausted after finally getting our tile. Next time, we’ll go elsewhere and get our 11% off!

One of many good elements of Wausau Home Depot's store is, the employees are all polite and as cooperative with each other as they are with the customers.... That has been my observation each time I do a project wth them. Wausau has a great team! Keep it up!

If you're looking for a tool, ask for Jim. He knows what he's talking about and listens to your questions. He's good at what he does!

I wish all home improvement stores were like Wausau.

If you love to feed the birds you should shop at Home Depot. They have a nice selection of feeders at great prices. They also have a great garden center that stocks many different varieties of plants for Summer and Fall.

Great expertise gal with the blinds department, TY Diane Dotson !! Very helpful and knowledgable about blinds and describe all about the pros and cons and the different types. Very friendly, Store was neat and clean. Again many thanks Diane.

Very clean store and friendly employees, knowledgeable about products.

From the managers on down, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Most all of the employees know the store quite well, and or will find someone working to get you to the correct area to shop. If an item is not in the store or not carried, they will even go so far as to suggest another area store where that would be a more likely source. Hope they continue to keep up that good service practice!

We went into the store to pick up some plumbing parts. Ray spent a lot of time with us and problem solved with us until he figured out a solution to our unusual plumbing dilemma. We are very grateful for his help! The store is always clean and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.
