Been coming here for years and I will continue to do because it's close to jobs that I get. However this is by far the worst location in Wisconsin. The employees are super rude, they usually are low on stock. I NEVER have a order shipped here anymore, everything i did, I go to pick it up and.......broken. I would diffently go to a different location. I like Home depo, just not this store, they need to get a head manager in here and straighten up this place. As stated i go all over south eastern wi for work, I would recommend the head manager from Grafton. He is very good, turned that store around very quickly too.

I don’t feel like the majority of your employees are trained well enough, at this store. There should be no excuses that they have not been there long enough. The weekends are Very important to the consumer. I feel that when I’m there on the weekend nobody knows where anything is or knows anything about the products you sell?

I went to the customer service / return desk to ask where the toilet tools was that and ask can I get some assisted in that aisle which was aisle 22 I asked the young lady at the front desk she had burnt orange braids in her hair and she had colorful eyes study helping me and the other customers that was waiting in line her and another employee with dreads in their hair was talking about another employee and everybody was hearing a conversation and then the employee with the burnt orange braids in her hair what colorful eyes started to get very disrespectful and told me to go find it on my own then I called after I made my purchase to speak with the manager when I asked in the store to speak with the manager but no one will call the manager so when I called up there to the store to make the complaint the manager words to me was I was not there to see it or hear it so I do not know what to believe I told her I can come back in the store and point the person out and tell the whole conversation that they had about another employee and if you have cameras by the cash register you can go back and play it and listen to it and see how they hold it up the line to have their own conversation that was not about work the manager told me she did not have time to do all that and when I told her I will contact corporate the manager hung up on me I would never shop at this store and yes I did contact corporate and yes I did record the conversation and yes I sent corporate the video and conversation

Home Depot is my go-to place for everything I need for my home repair and improvement projects. I appreciate the helpful staff who always makes sure I leave with the right product! As a single female homeowner it's refreshing to experience such great customer service.

Almost every time I go in, I get the strong smell of rancid ditch weed from the customers and the employees. This past weekend I was attacked by a man with a claw hammer in the parking lot over a parking spot because everyone parks wherever they wanted inside and outside the lanes and someone on that day literally stopped their box truck in the middle of the direction of traffic and parked, then went in. I wish I could give less than a star or a negative star. Every time I go it’s terrible, but it is the closest to me. Usually I drive 30 minutes away to go to one outside of Milwaukee.

Grant in appliances is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Greets me whenever I come into the store. Cash and London at the pro desk were very patient and happy to help.

Despite the fact, this location is closest to my home I hate when I have to go to the Home Depot in Wauwatosa. Inevitably I can drive through the parking lot and I see employees chitchatting as they are supposed to be pulling carts in-you walk in the store more chitchatting around the registers nobody seems to be interested in helping customers, and when I do finally find someone to help the melancholy Cavalier attitude that is demonstrated is so offputting more times than not. I just leave without making a purchase. There are too many other locations around town that are far more interested in my business than Home Depot is .

Now they call back and say they will do it 1000 dollar to take the cabinets out.Not Right they $put the up for $800 so inconvenient . I am so nt happy

It was a wednesday late morning- early afternoon, Store was a mess, aisles blocked by carts, ladders, machinery. Difficult to shop as many items were out of place. Wont shop there again.

The only positive was they had the Amerimax splash blocks in stock. Where their big competitor did NOT. Other than that, the cashier check outs was absolutely painful. Two human cashier's present at their respective stations, doing "I don't know what"? Helping troubled, unprepared customers? Not a fan here today at all. These days, there's no more decent customer services. Sad but the truth.

Naji at the service desk was helpful and cheerful. Kudos to her!

Marchelle Bowden was not phased by the disparity between what was written in the ordering documents and what was stated in the on line presentation.She figured it out in short order and made the best out of a conundrum. Smart girl.

I like this location, lots of products, usually very clean. I visit weekly. The only downside is the employees, most seem to hate being there and make me feel like stopping them form whatever task they are doing is a crime, especially the little white haired lady in plumbing . I asked her a question and she never even looked at me when she answered. Oh and millwork, I won't try getting help there again, Jeremiah did not want to help me he had a terrible attitude, poor guy was hating life, but when your paid to do a job you should fake it til you make it. The best service is at the paint desk hands down, very knowledgeable. Overall I get past the zombie employees cause you have what I need and I've learned to use the HD app instead of asking where things are.

I was looking for paint - the young lady at the paint counter Shannon was extremely patient with me , she even help me pick the colors for the project all this while being busy.

I SEARCH THE INTERNET TO FIND WHAT I WANT AT HOME DEPOT. I LIKE THE FACT THAT HOME DEPOT LISTS THE AISLE AND BAY THE PRODUCT IS IN. LOVE THAT.

Never greeted, never asked if I needed help. Even as I was pulling down boxes from a second shelf soaked to the bone that were falling apart with the pieces falling all over me did anybody ever asked me if I needed any help. The prices were ridiculous. The cashier never said thank you, seemed like she hated her job and immediately went back to using her phone the second I began walking away. I asked her how she was doing. She said fine and never said anything else didn’t even ask me if I found anything in the store OK or anything. I get that customer service isn’t the most glamorous job but you only have to really engage so much with people people and when they’re trying to be nice that’s when you at least feel appreciated. This girl clearly just appreciated her phone, which coming from somebody who is not allowed to have their phone at work, it was a slap in the face. $116 later and I couldn’t even be told thank you.

Thanks to the Milwaukee tool boys for helping me out. They don't even work there!

It really wasn't lent But interesting how the title kind of worked out like that. You guys did a wonderful job at finding and/or helping try to find the things that you carried and I was impressed with the customer service exclamation. Mark, thank you and look forward to future visits.

Lots of employees always sitting around talking to other employees. Or they are always on their phones. I dread coming into this store. When you ask for help, you get a response of " this isn't my department " and they keep on walking. Just a circus at this store. Needs to be cleaned up!

Outstanding customer service.

Rental machine didn't work and they refused to give a refund since it was rented the evening before. Waited at customer service with 5 employees standing there. No one acknowledged my existence as they were all on there phones

Great tool selection available and friendly employees helping customers. Walked out with exactly everything I need for my next home improvement project.

Home depot sent me a used, sticky grill off the sales floor.

There were so many problems with my $1,000+ purchase at this store that I don't want to make time to list them all. Suffice it to say that the 7 employees I had contact with over 4 different trips all had the same issue - that their new computer system is failing. Evidently the information from the old system did not migrate successfully to their new system, creating not one but numerous problems. There were other issues as well and I wish them the best, but they need to clean up this mess.

I visited this particular Home Depot for the very first time & I received excellent professional & courteous customer service from Ms. Alex, who works in the gardening department.🙂💯

Make sure you have everything you need to get, because the Checkout wait time is not great!
