Associates were very helpful from the greeter to the cashiers steve and brandi who pointed me in the right direction; flooring.

Had what I needed, easy to find. Having a fellow Veteran at the check out was good to see.

I cannot visit this store without some level of frustration. Went for numerous electrical supplies on a Friday morning, 9 am. No big problems 1) No associates nearby in the half hour I was there. I finally had to chase somebody down and I still waited another 10 minutes. 2) the aisles are so filled with stuff it's ridiculous when there are several people trying to maneuver carts around. Too many displays and giant ladders. Kept moving aisle displays to reach behind them. During a visit the prior evening, I ran in for a quick trip to get a 4 x 8 sheet of oak plywood. I had to wait for over a half hour for 2 associates to finish retrieving and moving several skids of materials. Two aisles were blocked. I can never seem to get out of this store quickly, continue to have issues finding knowledgeable or available associates, and I am tired of always having to move displays to get products I need. This afternoon I went to return some things, as I walked in a woman behind the customer service counter was sitting on the counter, said hi, and never got up or asked me for help. Another clerk glanced over, clearly a bit agitated by the one sitting on her duff, and proceeded to help me. During a visit to the tool department, I finally was able to flag down the tool guy (who was nowhere to be seen for 10 minutes) and asked for a hand drill that hold small drill bits. After 3 attempts to describe what I'm looking for, he takes me to the clamps section where he shows me an array of wood clamps, etc. Brilliant! Sometimes I think it's worth the 15 minute drive to Menards but I keep tricking myself into thinking the 1 mile trip to this store is the best option and almost always regret it. As I said, frustration, every time.

Dave provided prompt and friendly assistance. He quickly helped us locate the door knobs we needed and demonstrated how to install them. Excellent customer experience!

The store clerk made my experience sooo much easier than I expected. He was able to assist me in the color scheme of my paint.

This store has always come to my rescue when I've attempted any DIY project. We never would have completed our new kitchen without their resources, advice and encouragement! This store is always clean, well-organized and staffed with people who are knowledgeable about the store and its products.

store was clean. One thing I would recommend is to have more people in the paint section. I often spend time trying to hunt someone down that can help me in this area.

I purchased a pallet of concrete. The pallet was loaded on my trailer fast and efficiently. Would go to this store again

The Associate/ Cashier Keyanna is very professional! She made me feel as though my business mattered. After asking her numerous questions, she remained patient and demonstrated great knowledge of the products I desired. Daniel in Flooring provided service beyond my expectation. He performed in a manner you find with store owners! He's a true asset to the Home Depot company.

Many times these are not in stock. Also I would like some of the 16 pc bundles to stay wrapped up. Many times I take 32 or 48 8 ft lengths

Everyone was friendly. Found everything I needed except a garbage disposal.

I look at it this way the staff working here are like Doctors they specialize in the area (project) you are working on (use to work in the trade like construction or plumbing ect..) so if are a dummy like me all you have to do is ask and they will help you from start to finish on your project. In my case i have never installed a front door entrance and storm door and was overwhelmed to do it by myself till one man (door sales) sat down with my wife and I and step by step walked me through what Info I needed before purchasing the doors and what to expect tearing the doors off, what to do to prep before installing new ones and finally installing them, even showed me what I needed for the trimming after the install. The project only took me (total) one day to do everything ! If it wasn't for the help I got I know it would of turned out a expensive mess Thank you (sorry forgot your name) Patrick Zoellner From Midas West Allis

I got great help and was greeted with a smiling helpful associate. Not only did he tell me which isle it was in but also the side of the isle. In self check out the cashier asked me if he could take care of my cart for me. That was very nice. Great experience!

The sales associates went the extra mile to meet my need of purchasing window blinds. I too work in customer service and know how challenging it can be. They displayed professionalism and a genuine concern to help. What impressed me the most was I got so much attention for a purchase of less than $10. What a blessing to have a team that is consistent in showing they value their customers.
