We love shopping at this home depot. The employees are always so nice and eager to help us with whatever we need. This store is always so clean.

Found all I needed except store was out of two 1" pvc fittings I needed to hook up the water softner I bought today. I had to go across the street to Lowe's to get those. Sorry. Received all the help I needed and checkout was a blast! Only prob was after I got home I realized I had not been charged for the water softner ($397.00). I called the Wentzville store and spoke with a customer service person and she said I could pay for it over the phone and I did just that. She thanked me more than once for my honesty. Not in any way am I trying to toot my own horn, I just try to be honest. What comes around goes around. To be quite honest, I really don't expect anyone at Home Depot to ever read this but my heart and mind are clear. THANKS! Michael Lutgen

This store is always kept clean, and the staff are always willing to help over any reason

Called the store to purchase a washer and dryer and arrange installation at our condo. The associate was very helpful, courteous and pleasant. The installation was scheduled and took place as arranged. The installers arrived on schedule, were professional and efficient.

The girl who waited on me at the check out was so very nice and helpful.

When we walked into the loading area of the construction department we were fortunate to find the insulation right away, and we pretty much knew what we wanted, plus we found some spray insulation that we decided to add to the purchase. Lucky for us, this was an easy purchase to load onto a cart by ourselves. We WERE disappointed that there was no offer of assistance in loading the insulation into our Ford Expedition. There was NO ONE available to offer or even to DO the job. No employee other than the cashier was visible until I was already outside, and my wife was finishing up the transaction. At that time, several employees came out of an office behind the customer service counter. As a former supervisor all of my life, I would suggest that meetings, or whatever, be done before store hours, or in shifts so that the floor never be UN manned! It was not a major concern, however due to my back injuries, the OFFER of assistance would have been greatly appreciated. The time of day on the receipt was 10:59 AM.

Very friendly cashiers, although I didn't find what I wanted the store has a lot to offer.

Thank you so much to a great sales associate on your staff for answering all our flooring questions! We have been to other stores but his patient help and suggestions on the flooring Home Depot sells was fantastic along with advice on installation,and product line. He was top notch.

I would like to give a special thanks to two of your associates at this store. Brandon and Mike in the garden section on the Black Friday morning sale. We were looking for a particular Christmas tree that was on sale and of course they looked to be all sold out. I saw Brandon and asked if there were any more left. He informed me that they were trying to locate what their stock showed to have a few left. He said give me a minute and let's see if we can find them. He said if they are found I will make sure one is yours. My girlfriend waited as I went to get a saw blade and when I returned not only was there one waiting but they also help her get a cart. Mike was the other associate that helped. Customer service seems to be lacking in today's world, but not with these two. They went above and beyond to do their job and had a smile on their faces as they did it! Thanks again for employing two fine individuals to make our shopping experience very delightful. Matt Morgan

The store associates where very helpful and pointed us to the apporiate aisle to find what we wanted .Several people ask if they could be of assisstance.

I had to ask for help 3 times and then that employee refused to help get colors off of the items on the top shelf. I guess it was to much to ask her to get on a ladder and see if the color mailbox I was looking for was located on the top shelf. I will be shopping at Lowe's for now on. That was very disrespectful in my opinion. I left without getting my mailbox that was going to be a gift along with a very expensive bathtub faucet!

Employees were hard to find or busy. You don't carry a cheap version of the product I needed. I had to order it online.

My husband and I have recently purchased our first home. Unfortunately, it is two hours away from the Wentzville location. We have tried our nearby competitors but with little help or satisfaction. Our house is a full remodel, which means lots of trips to Home Depot. We don't mind making the drive because we always know there will be a knowledgeable associate to help make this house everything we want. Thank you!!
