Delivery company doesnt follow time frames. Missed first delivery. Next time they brought damaged fridge and damaged my homes door frame and walls. Next delivery attempt for replacement they didnt call 30 mins prior as explained. 4th attempt they refused it bring it upstairs. Have spoken to managers that cant seem to help with anything. Now have to go through insurance claim process due to delivery damages at my home. Complete mess that no one at home depo seems to be able to still resolve. Still have the damaged fridge in my home after dealing with the above for 2 months.

We came in to buy a new dishwasher, we knew which one we wanted. The gentleman we worked with, Tom, wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell a different appliance or model. He was quick and efficient to where we were in and out before my husbands lunch hour was over!

It is very rare that I have issues. Most times I don't have problems getting what I came to purchase. Most times I need to make more that 1 trip because I forgot to buy something. Ha

Always get my veggies for porch garden here. Staff always helpful. Asked for cardboard bottoms to put plants in, staff helped find them and placed plants in them for me I have a shoulder problem, lifting even mildly heavy things causes pain.

We stopped in to check out what was available for our kitchen remodel. Michelle Young greeted us warmly and made sure that everything was exactly what we wanted. We brought in our measurements and she did the rest!

I went in to look for a new dishwasher and was helped by Precyous. They were courteous and thoroughly explained the extended warranty I made with my purchase!

Parts in wrong boxes, parts not on shelves, extras were above, had to ask for help to find it, the entire box system is not very good or accurate, when it comes to plumbing parts, there are many parts, and accurate parts are important..took me many trips, and got wrong parts..because in wrong place, ...very time consuming, also....hire more help for registers...self checkiut is all fine and good, but in May in a Saturday it is ..BUSY...Lines were LONG, to check out...

I used the Home Depot app to make the part i needed. Thank goodness. It was there, but it was hard to find on the shelf. The box was on the lowest shelf tucked into a tight corner. They use to have the trimmer spool strings boxes in more visible location. Getting help from staff at the West Allis location is next to impossible. When you do located someone, then you have gamble on if they want to help you or just tell you what isle to go find it with an attitude. Like how dare you bother them while they are working. Even the tool rental area, hit or miss if the guy you deal with wants to be helpful or not. Been going to this location for 20 years since I live in West Allis. The last 5 years has been a huge decline in helpful & friendly staff. I only go there now when I need something quickly and it is in stock. I travel the extra distance now to Waukesha store since the staff there actually wants to helps people. Service people can be found in each department they specialize or have knowledge in. Sorry, West Allis needs a major overhaul, or just close the store if people don't want to work or are miserable at doing it. They were hired to know the job, and work with the public as part of customer service. Want to say thank you for those very few people at the location that does go out of their way. Just wish there was more of you.

staff are not showing interest in helping customers, they act annoyed when you approach them with any inquiry.

I purchased some Moen products that had to be ordered...very good at getting this done for me. Also I'm in a Marine Veteran in power wheelchair. Very HELPFUL and without me asking for help, carried my purchases outta my Van. SEMPER FI

My salesperson was Precyous, she was patient, answered all of my options & even pulled up other options available to me on the computer!

No one by the check out. The one by the self checkout wouldn't help find someone to cover the other checkout area Just kept hearing I'm the only one here.

If you’re looking to install flooring or remodel your kitchen, forget about Home Depot period

Wes in Appliances was very helpful. He gave me a heads up that the dishwasher he recommended for me would go on sale soon. I returned the store about a week later when it was on sale and purchased it. He took his time with me in explaining my purchase, warranty and maintenance plan. My Maytag dishwasher is being delivered/installed tomorrow and I'm sure I'll be happy with it after going without for 10 years.

We received a damaged snow thrower and unfortunately had to load the box exceeding 100lbs into our truck and return it to the store. Needless to say, we weren't happy with the experience. However, the moment we met Shaad at the return desk our day turned around. Shaad was patient and personable as we shared our experience, showed empathy to the inconvenience and was even funny as we processed a return and reordered the same snow thrower. This young man made more eye contact, helped us through a frustrating experience and took care of the problem. We were even surprised to learn that we saved about 30% on the unit because it's now on sale. Shaad was an amazing young man, dealing with frustrated and crabby adults in such a way that we couldn't help but leave completely impressed with him and the care provided. I had to pause the transaction and let him know face-to-face how much we appreciated his help and candor. The world needs more Shaads. We all need to be more like Shaad. I will work to be more like Shaad today.

The product I wanted showed one on line at the store by me. But when I got there they checked and it still showed one. But there was nothing. There count was off I know that can happen. Thankfully I only live 3 blocks away. The employees that were helping me were very friendly and helpful. We were able to order one.

I enjoy the West Allis Home Depot staff. I should know the name of the younger bald fellow in Lumber dept. Kelly in Pro Desk & cashier Carol are always up beat, helpful & professional. Joan seems to be every where helping all she sees & is like everyone's grand mother, I mean staff & shoppers. All the above deserve special merit awards in my opinion. The new manager seems well suited & enthused for the position.

I ordered this item in the store and picked it up at the same location. All of the associates who I dealt with were very friendly,(offered to help even before I could even ask!) They knew their jobs and made my ordering and pickup visits quick and easy! Thank you!

I did my research online at home but Karlee helped me place the order for the shower kit produced by American Bath Factory and sold through Home Depot. In-store manager was a great and willing help.
