I had a Lotta issues and I’m disabled. Patti or Tatiana was very kind and very patient with me even though she had a lot of trouble with her computer she really helped me out a lot.

Julian and Eli Went above and beyond when it came to helping me with my paint! I’m a new homeowner and they went as far as to give me lots of tips and tricks taught me about the pro account and made sure I was super satisfied! Thank you both so much!!

Went to Home Depot today to pick up an online order as well as to purchase paint. Customer Service at the check in desk, the paint department and the checkout was exceptional. Employees were friendly, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Sure made our shopping experience easy!!!

If looking for help in designing a home needing cabinets see Tom Dobernig at Home Depot in West allis. He is more then helpful which led to the best experience I have had in years at a major store.

Had a project I was working on for a display. Went in with to buy some boards that I needed cut to size. Steve in the lumber department was awesome! He configured a way to cut what I needed with minimal waste even taking out some paper to map it out. Appreciate his expertise, friendly demeanor and assistance. I will drive to this location - past a HD closer to home - to go to this store. I even had an employee ask me if I needed help loading my truck in the parking lot. Thanks Steve in lumber and West Allis HD! I’ll be back! :)

We purchased a water heater and they came out to install it. The guy left a big mess all over the floors. There was a red water all over floors and stairs. He scratched my floors, stairs, and walls. I spent 2 hours cleaning up. I will never purchase from them again.

Needed a new dryer. Went into the store, very helpful and knowledgeable associate, Wesley, and bought a dryer and was done and out in 35 minutes.

Straight and good quality

First I had two excellent service members help me. Rod in MET knew the store perfectly and helped me kind two items asap. Then Mari the cashier told the time to be polite and asked me about taking the survey. She was very efficient and helpful .

Their is absolutely no customer service at this store. My husband and I shopping in several departments from garden to paints and not one sales person even nodded their head to acknowledge us. They were too busy laughing and joking.

I recently bought a wide variety of flowers and they are so full and packed with buds, planted well and are thriving. Great store!

Kianna at customer service helped me with my cell phone to access my newly purchased credit card so I could make my purchase. Crystal in appliances helped with my purchase of a washer. Additionally, after leaving my cell phone on her desk, Crystal called my landline twice to let me know. Because it was after store closing, she waited outside for me to return to the store to retrieve my phone. So grateful for Crystal to go way beyond what one would expect.

I can come anytime I need anything and it’s always available.

I purchased carpeting and throughout the whole process the employee I worked with Fran, was extremely helpful and courteous. Took the time with me to answer all my questions. I want to Than her.

Flower prices have gone through the roof since the pandemic. At Home Depot, they have a large selection and their prices are reasonable.

Ordered 3 flower pots to be delivered:) Wendy and Eddy were very friendly and helpful!:) Things seem improved since a year ago:)

The west allis store is by far the best home depot within driving distance. Very happy employees and knowledgeable

Let me tell you, this is the HD that is better than all the rest. I had an amazing experience here with Carol and an employee who has a Doberman-mix at home, whom I foolishly did not get her name. I have enjoyed my experience at every Home Depot I have ever been in, but this one was the best. I will go out of my to visit this store, and if I am in the area I will find something I need from HD. Not that that will be too hard!

I went into Homedepot today and immediately two associates were available to assist in multiple products we were looking for. That just made my day!

I was in a hurry but I wanted a miter saw. When I stopped in an associate helped me find my saw. And I redeemed several forms of payment. The cashier was super friendly and helped me check out in no time. Everyone was unbelievably helpful and friendly
